Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001, actress Suzanne Somers went through a lumpectomy and radiation therapy to treat her illness. Because of how her treatment distorted her breasts, Somers was given the option to get silicone implants, but chose to undergo a Cell-Assisted Lipotransfer procedure as a healthier alternative.

Very similar to Dr. Lycka’s SVELT procedure, Somers’ natural breast augmentation involved processing fat stem cells from other parts of the body and grafting it to be transplanted to her breasts. Quick-Fix PizzasWhether you’re looking for a delicious dinner recipe or a week’s worth of lunches for the little ones, these homemade pizzas are sure to satisfy your savoury tooth.

YOU’LL NEED:

• 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings (Zucchini Pesto Pizza):

• 3 tbsp. basil pesto

• 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced and grilled

• 1 large sweet red pepper, roasted and sliced

• 1 tbsp. olive oil

• ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Toppings (Greek Pizza):

• 1 tbsp. olive oil

• ½ red onion, sliced

• 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 2/3 cups diced fresh tomatoes

• ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

• 1/3 cup sliced black olives (optional)

• ¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Prepare your pizza crust, following store-bought crust instructions or following a Robin Hood Baking recipe

2. Prepare your Pizzas

a. Zucchini Pesto: spread pesto over dough. Scatter zucchini and red pepper over top. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 5 minutes longer or until crust is golden on the bottom.

b. Greek Pizza: Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and basil. Spread over crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden on the bottom.

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

RISING: 1 hour (homemade crust)

BAKING: 20 minutes

Serves: one 14-inch thick-crust pizza; two 12-inch thin-crust pizzas; four 8-inch individual pizzas; or, twenty 3-inch appetizer pizzas

• Preheat oven to 400° F• Prep two pizza pans or baking sheets (greased and sprinkled with cornmeal)
