Lexington County Choral Society was formed in 1996 and is in its 21st season. Over the

years they have sung to more than 25,000 people in 70+ performances. They have also

presented more than $20,000 in vocal and piano scholarships to high school students in

Lexington County and adjoining counties. They have also given performing opportunities to

several dozen elementary, middle and high school choirs and instrumental ensembles in the

Midlands. The Annual Golf Classic is one of their major fundraisers that helps to continue

their work in the performing arts both now and in the future.
