Background - My Gratitude Journal
Full title is My Gratitude Journal: 365 days of the people & things I’m grateful for and the lessons you can learn from them.
I documented what I was grateful for every day for 1 year.
Doing so generated 212 Lessons Learned for you to help you live your best life.
The book will be out in March and will be available hard copy & via Kindle/Nook. Email me ([email protected]) to be put on the list. I’ll contact you once it’s available.
How Gratitude Changed my LifeAn amazing process!! When you train the brain to express gratitude, the
examples of it keep flowing like a bountiful river.I look at life differently. I was always positive but
I’m even more positive now.I treasure loved ones more.I create more situations where I can show
Gratitude. It doesn’t have to be a passive activity.I’m on a mission to inspire and motivate others to
see the power of Gratitude.

Pick a date – any date!
I will read my entry from that day.
Tell me what you think afterward.
Want to undergo the Gratitude Project?
You document something different that YOU are grateful for every day for one full year.
My next book will be an anthology from 10-15 people who did this. Each will write a chapter discussing how it changed their lives.
You will share a baseline – how you live your life now at the start of the project, then the big things that happened for you in that year and finally how your life was transformed!
