I am engaged hoping to get married in Nov 2020. Work History- I began working at The Granville in 2002 started in the kitchen as an aide, went on to work as a Receptionist, Activities Assistant, QMAP, and PRN Medication Coordinator, you name it I ve done it! I decided to go back to school and I received my Practical Nursing License in 2015. At the time The Granville did not hire LPNs so I had to place my resignation to gain my experience. I ended up working at Lakewood InnovAge in triage for about 2 ½ years. I was happy to be there because I was able to continue see- ing some of the familiar faces from The Granville. Then I was pre- sented with another opportunity at Kaiser Permanente so I decided to leave Innovage and went to work at KP in a plastic surgery clin- ic. I was there for about 2 years and was able to learn so much on the surgical aspect of nursing. I then heard about the job oppor- tunity that The Granville opened an LPN position for their Staff De- velopment Coordinator. That was a tough decision because I loved Kaiser, but I knew my heart was always here at The Granville. So I made the decision to leave Kaiser and return to The Granville. I am excited to be here to be able to bring all of my knowledge and ex- perience with me. Getting to Know Our Staff Development Coordinator
