Over the past 20+ years, Lee has worked with some of theworld’s leading brands (BT, IBM, Acer, BA, Telstra,Vodafone, 3, RBS, HSBC, Lloyds, AXA, Westpac, ANZ,

CBA, NAB to name a few) in a consultative fashion with a view to helping themachieve positive outcomes for both their business and more importantly for theircustomers. He believes that today’s business can leverage new capabilities muchmore effectively to drive growth, reduce cost and increase brand loyalty.
