able investment in training.
Production process management adopted by all the companies in the GIVA Group
takes place with rigorous respect of the environment, by optimising natural
resources and raw materials and implementing a policy for correct disposal of the
waste produced.
The GIVA Group has always considered environmental protection and worker health
the fundamental principles on which business should be based.
Environmental protection is an integral part of the corporate policy and strategies
implemented by the member companies, each of which has human resources with
specific technical skills for managing environmental policies and routinely sets aside
funds for this purpose.
The desire to guarantee respect for integrity, transparency, efficiency and correct-
ness in doing business within and outside the company has led the GIVA Group to
adopt a code of conduct that establishes ethical and social responsibilities for each
member of the organisation by identifying procedures governing their work methods.
Compliance with these procedures is monitored by a Supervisory Body in view of
preventing violations of the code.
The GIVA Group, one sole group boasting vast resources and opportunities for all
