Letter from the Chairman

I am pleased to introduce the Telegraph’s third annual Business of Sport conference, a meeting place for senior stakeholders that has grown from strength to strength.

Last year the event was a fantastic success with impressive panel sessions and keynote addresses from respected members of the sporting community; including Sebastian Coe, Eddie Jones, Clare Balding and Rio Ferdinand to name but a few.

The 2017 line-up promises to deliver even greater insights into the latest trends in sport, as we introduce a greater variety of conference sessions and new interactive formats outside of the main auditorium, all designed to ensure that attendees leave the two day event with the answers to their pressing business challenges as well as inspiration for greater growth and innovation.

This preview of our agenda announces our earliest high-profile industry speakers, and shares with the industry the outline of the fantastic talks, debates, demos and masterclasses we have planned, ensuring that, yet again, the Business of Sport conference will provide unrivalled content and exclusive soundbites from leading figures.

We look forward to updating you as new speakers confirm, and networking events around the main conference are announced, and hope that you can join us at BT Centre on the 9th and 10th May at what promises to be the best Business of Sport yet.

Very best wishes, Jim White, Sports Columnist, The Telegraph
