The fTS terminal is perfect for businesses of any size. With the option of using the extremely accurate built in biometric scanner or the RFID card scanner this terminal is ideal for small business’ as well as large.

This easy to use tablet only requires power and Wi-Fi connection to take employee clocking. With the tablet connecting to your main database via your Wi-Fi connection you will be able to review all clockings taken through the tablet from your computer at any time, allowing you to see what time employees have arrived and who is absent.

‘fTS 247’ is a web-based solution which offers complete management of attended time. We offer accurate clocking terminals as well as the ability for employees to clock using their PC, tablet or mobile phone. Our most common product is the biometric fingerprint scanner due to the level of security it offers, with this solution the possibility of buddy clocking becomes a thing of the past giving you accurate attendance times for every employee.

The fTS mobile clocking App

The fTS mobile clocking application works in the same way as the terminal to post clocking’s in the online system. Employees can download this on any smart phone from the app store. The app can be logged into manually by entering the personal account details or by using Face or Touch ID. Once inside, the employee can set a photo for their account. This will not be in the system but will show on the home page of the app. When inside the App you can make clocking’s, view your clocking card and send Queries to the administrator.

The App uses GPS location recording to plot an employee’s clocking location by dropping a pin on the map, this means that the location in which the clocking is made can be seen by the administrator to ensure they are at the correct location when making a clocking. This feature pinpoints the employee’s location from where the clocking is made and doesn’t track the employee throughout the shift making it fully GDPR compliant. The application is perfect for a range of uses including office, factory and especially site work.

fTS247 is a cloud-based solution which offers complete management of attended time and absence, whether your requirement is for Fixed/Rotating Schedules, Flexible Working or Flexi-Time or a combination of all of these, you will find fTS247 offers a complete solution. Features of the system include, real time clocking information, fortnightly overview for rosta and cover planning, individual annual breakdown of attendance/absenteeism and much, much more. We offer a range of Clocking Terminals as well as the ability for employees to clock using their PC, tablet or mobile phone. Our most popular product is the biometric fingerprint scanner. However, we also offer a range of facial recognition, palm and proximity readers.

Time and Attendance - fTS 247

This is an example of an employee’s weekly clockcard. Notice that clockings outside of the schedule due times are calculated a calibrated giving the administrator the option to approve or decline overtime payments and oversea any late arrivals or early departures. The system is completely configurable to apply different rates of pay in accordance with your overtime rules, rates and times. Above the clockcard itself is a handy tool bar which can be used to page through or compile weeks, months and even years or clocking data.

The FTS247 package also provides you with various colourful and visually appealing reports on attendance and absenteeism including SSP and Bradford factor reporting! Shown are just two of our many reports figure 1 offering a user friendly annual breakdown and figure 2 shows a real time breakdown of employees checked in and a date and time of the clocking, besides the table is a graphical review also showing employees booked out sick, on annual leave or other absences. Like most things in fTS247 these bars are configurable to your needs and your own businesses frequently used reasons for absence.

You will be asked in the set up stage of your system which holidays you wouldlike in your system. This can however be changed and more can be added asyour business and requirements develop.

In the picture below you can see our Who’s Out window, this allows the userto see who is booked absent in any two-week period from a chosen startdate. An important feature when allocating and approving holiday. As shownnot only are the dates of absence shown and highlighted but the from and todates of the shift that may need covering are given.

Another format we provide to aide shift and absence planning includes our14 Days pop up. Any absence will show highlighted displaying that day’s shiftof absence inside. Empty blocks or “Days” are non-contractual for the personon that row and if no absence code is present no highlighting will occur.

Job Recording

A typical employee based transaction configuration is:

fTS360 is a web and or PC based solution which offers job and activity recording transactions. From small scale to large scale operations, from simple to complex systems fTS360 offers a comprehensive range of solutions. Data Input can be from a variety of devices including Touch Screens PCs, Mobile Devices, Barcode Readers and Scanners. We offer a range of display boards as well as the ability for employees to use their PC, tablet or mobile phone.

On Clock In, a Start Transaction (Job, Activity, Project, Cost Centre or Downtime) is generated. When the employee starts the next transaction the previous Active transaction is ended, the Time Taken calculated and a new Start Transaction generated. The employee continues to start new transactions throughout their due hours and on Clock Out the last Active transaction is ended. This ensures that all of the employee’s time is allocated and that it balances to their attended time. Data Input can be from a variety of devices including Touch Screens PCs, Mobile Devices, Barcode Readers and Scanners.

Location Mapping
