STANDARD FEATURES

Extruded Aluminium

40% lighter than a steel floor. Due to the traits of aluminium, parts do not seem to slide as much as they would on a steel floor.

Steel Checkerplate

Tough and durable. Fully welded to tray.

Hardwood

Can’t beat the look. Securely fixed to the tray and treated with linseed oil. Tends to stay cooler in summer, which is great for working dogs.

Mount Trak

Boss’ unique Mount Trak system allows for both the immediate and future fitment of accessories, such as toolboxes, watertanks and battery holders. Mount Trak allows you to configure and re-configure our tray to best suit your needs.

Dog Hooks

Built-in tough hooks.

Powder Coated finish

There is simply no better finish for your tray - durable, thick and hardwearing. The tray is sandblasted to raw steel, then powder coated with a zinc rich primer laying the foundation for a great finish. The final coat is powder coated in your choice of the available colours.

Internal Tie Downs

The practical location of these tie downs means your load will be secured with a minimum of hassle. No need to tie over your sideboards, the tie down points are located low inside the tray where they are needed.

Reinforced Side Boards

Sideboards are toughened by an RHS both top and bottom. This significantly increases the strength of the sideboard.

Nylon Bushed Side Board Hinges

Anti-Rattle Adjustable Latches

Don’t put up with latches that rattle or are impossible to open. Our over-centre type adjustable latches are what you need.

RHS Crossmember Endcaps

Unlike conventional crossmember end caps, our RHS endcaps have no sharp edges or corners, meaning tie down ropes/straps will not be pinched or cut.

AdaptableThe internal layout can be changed into a number of different configurations. A series of bolt-in partitions and dividers let you configure your drawer how you want it. Long parts, short parts, small parts – the right configuration can be achieved.

Peace of MindWhen the drawer is unlocked it can only extend 100mm. You must then press the simple safety catch to continue opening the drawer. Roll-out drawers are notorious for being closed but not locked – inevitably the drawer fully extends as you drive away. The safety feature prevents this eventuality.
