Michael Fleischer is a FinancialAdvisor, Senior Vice President,Financial Planning Specialist andfounder of The Fleischer Group atMorgan Stanley. He concentrates onretirement planning and wealth man-agement strategies.

Michael graduated with honorsfrom Michigan State University andbegan his financial career in 1998 atPaine Webber. A year and a half later,he earned a position with MorganStanley, where he has remainedsince.

With over fifteen years of experi-ence in the industry, Michael brings acomprehensive level of experience tohis position. He is passionate abouthelping clients—he listens to theirconcerns and truly cares about theirfinancial success. As of 2014, he man-ages more than $200 million of

clients’ hard-earned assets. In 2008,Michael was recognized by Crain’sDetroit Business magazine as one ofthe top 40 Wealth Advisors in theState of Michigan. He has also beenrecognized in 2012, 2013, and 2014 inHour Detroit Magazine as one of thetop wealth advisors in the Detroitmetropolitan area. Stacey DeRidder is a SeniorRegistered Associate for MorganStanley. Her responsibilities includebeing the liaison for clients and man-aging all day-to-day operationalneeds.

With nineteen years of experience,Stacey knows how to aid in the func-tioning of a top-level wealth manage-ment group. Her superior client serv-ice and interpersonal skills make herinvaluable to the Morgan Stanleyteam. In addition, she has earned herSeries 7 and 63 licenses.
