The principle of simplicityAll the OBO Magic systems sharethe same principle: The connectionof cable trays or mesh cable traysthrough attachment. This ensuresappropriately simple, quick andsafe installation on the buildingsite.

RKS-Magic®: The trick with the click

SpeedPlace in position. Lock in. Done.The intelligent connection of theRKS-Magic® allows you to in-crease your mounting output con-siderably. The clearly audible"Click" sound of the capturedspring element signals locking toyou, and thus a secure connectionto accept loads. You can open the connection sim-ply using a screwdriver.

Mechanical safetyThe construction of the connectionensures a tidy transition at thejoints – even at full loads. This pro-vides perfect protection of cables.Shakes and vibrations have no ef-fect on the secure connection.

Electrical safetyRKS-Magic® cable trays  guaran-tee permanent, safe equipotentialbonding without additional compo-nents and reliable protectionagainst electromagnetic interferen-ce. All the components are testedfor EMC and impulse currents.VDE-tested to DIN EN IEC61537:2007.

Safety in case of fireYou can also rely on RKS-Magic®for really tough work: The systemhas been tested for MPA functiontesting to DIN 4102-12. The system can support loads of20 kg/m up to a width of 300 mmand 30  kg/m is approved forwidths of 400  mm. There is noneed for threaded rod locking ofthe brackets.

One separating retainer for everycable support systemWhether on cable trays or  meshcable trays, on cable ladders orwide span systems – the separat-ing retainer can be  mounted withjust a few actions and without theneed for bolts. Simply attach theappropriate clamping piece to thebase of the cable support systemand lock on the separating retain-er. The additional straight connec-tion of the separating retainers canbe achieved easily, simply by at-taching the quick connector. Forthe RKS-Magic® systems, the sep-arating retainer can be used in theheights 35, 45 and 60 mm.

No height offset at the jointThe special construction of theRKS-Magic®  means that there isno height offset at the joints. Theseparating retainer can be tidi-ly mounted over the joint.

A brilliant idea meets variety: The RKS-Magic® system

Bracket with quick fasteningWe have  matched our  mountingsystems perfectly to the RKS-Ma-gic® system: With the quick fas-tening set included with the brack-et, type MWAM 12, you can fastencable trays quickly and tidily onthe bracket. After positioning thecable tray, a simple 90° turn of thequick fastening set fixes the cabletray, and tightening the screw pro-vides permanent fastening. Thechore of screwing things togetherwith a fastening element, whichconsisted of at least two parts, hasbecome a thing of the past.

FittingsA comprehensive range of fittingswith 45° and 90° bends, T junc-tions, intersections,  mount-ing/branch pieces, extensionbends and articulated bends com-pletes the system. All the compo-nents are available in a galvanisedversion and in stainless steel.

Mechanical safetyComprehensive load tests haveconfirmed that: GR-Magic® sytemscan match systems with traditionalscrew connections with regard tostability and load capacity.
