• ICAO• Develop (2014) global SWIM/IM• Develop relevant provisions/technical specifications (open & rely on generic international

standards) in close collaboration with aviation community• Specifically look at security and bandwidth requirements• Update ICAO IM/SWIM working arrangements

• States and stakeholders• Contribute to further development and harmonization of performance-based information

management• Demonstrate (together) how SWIM will meet needs of future ATM

• Industry• Support the transition towards SWIM with appropriate systems supporting automation and

the exchange of all relevant air traffic management data in a globally standardized manner
