TO PIONEER CHURCHES AND ESTABLISH PASTORS IN THE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES OF THIS CONTINENT THAT WILL STRENGTHEN THE NEW BELIEVERS. ALSO TO PROVIDE MEANS FOR WORSHIP, FOLLOW UP, AND TRAINING SO THE WORK OF THE LORD MAY MULTIPLY IN EACH PLACE.

TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE TRAINING OF LOCAL PASTORS SO THEY CAN TAKE OVER THE BURDEN OF THE WORK BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE IMMENSE ADVANTAGE OF BEING A PART OF THE CULTURE AND NOT HAVING PROBLEMS OF STAYING IN THE COUNTRY.

TO MAKE USE OF RADIO (ON LINE), T.V., INTERNET, AND PRINTED MATERIAL TO ADVANCE THE WORK IN THE ASIAN COUNTRIES.

GENERAL BASIS OF EPHESUS PROJECT

GENERAL BASIS

1. The official launch date of the Ephesus Project is September 28th, 2011.

2. Implementation of the plan; if any change is needed it must be approved by the work team.

3. The role of Assistant will be established as the only link with the Missionary Supervisor.

4. Local churches or individual believers who want to become a part of the project by offering human resources or financial support must follow the established procedure.

5. The follow-up meetings will be on a fixed schedule:5.1 A monthly meeting of the Ephesus Project work team.

6.Implementation of the project according to the designed plan.7.Management of financial resources:The Leader of the project (Missionary Supervisor) will propose a budget for each step of the project. When financial resources flow into the project they will be managed by using bank accounts.

8.There will be a general report given during the International Congress in 2013 of the advancement of the project.

9.Full confidentiality. Nobody is authorized to give official information but the spokesperson (Missionary Supervisor or delegate).

CHANGES TO THE PROJECT

1. Any change to the project must be discussed during monthly official meetings.



REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE TO BECOME A PART OF THE EPHESUS PROJECT

FOR LOCAL CHURCHES

1. Must be officially constituted as a church belonging exclusively to the Worldwide Missionary Movement.

2. Must show evidences of holding fast to sound doctrine.

3. Must agree with the missionary vision.

4. Must be ready to keep its commitment to the Ephesus Project during the time agreed upon.

PROCEDURE

1. Approach the Ephesus Project through the designed communication channel.

2. Must make contact by communicating in writing.

3. Specify what part will be taken in the project: 3.1. Offering a person with a true calling of God for ministry in missions (subject to the approval of the International Board and the Ephesus Project). 3.2. Offering a person with a real call to ministry for short-term missionary trips to help in pioneering or strengthening churches provided that he/she or the local church becomes responsible to support all his/her trip expenses (subject to the approval of the International Board and the Ephesus Project). 3.3. Sending financial support for the rent of a building in the pioneering of a local church in any of the countries that the Ephesus Project deems as the need of the moment. 3.4. Offering to financially support a missionary whom the Ephesus Project deems as the person in need at the moment.



REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE TO BECOME A PART OF THE EPHESUS PROJECT

FOR INDIVIDUAL BELIEVERS

1. Must be an official member of a local church of the Worldwide Missionary Movement.

2. Must be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

3. Must be in good standing and full communion with the local church (not under discipline).

4. Must show evidence of holding fast to sound doctrine.

5. Must agree with the missionary vision.

6. Must be ready to keep his commitment to the Ephesus Project during the time agreed upon.

PROCEDURE

1. Relay his vision for missions inside the Ephesus Project to his pastor.

2. Obtain the approval of his local pastor of the Worldwide Missionary Movement.

3. Have his pastor then communicate his vision to the Ephesus Project through the official channel (Administrative Assistant). 3.1. The communication of his pastor to the Ephesus Project must be in a letter with the official heading of the local church of the Worldwide Missionary Movement. 3.2. If his participation is for a short-term trip he must cover all his expenses. (Subject to the approval of the International Board and the Ephesus project). 3.3. Offering to financially support a missionary whom the Ephesus project deems as the person in need at the moment.
