Envirostore UK Ltd was formed by a group ofindividuals with many years experience in the fieldof oil tank design, manufacturing and sales.

THE FUEL DISPENSER

With a unique rearfitted lid arrangement*,the Envirostore FuelDispenser makes iteasier for the tank tobe filled without havingto struggle with thehose and pump areaat the front.

With the fill area at the rear of the tank it creates more spaceinside the cabinet forthe pump and hose tobe stored away neatlyand also reduces thechance of damage tothe hose whilst filling.

What is AdBlue?AdBlue is a solution of urea indemineralised water (32,5%)used as a fluid in the latestgeneration of diesel-poweredEuro4 and Euro5 trucks. It isnot a fuel additive.

How does AdBlue Work?AdBlue is stored in a separatetank on the vehicle. It ismetered and sprayed intothe hot exhaust manifoldwhere the urea solutionbreaks-down into ammonia

and reacts with the exhaustgasses in the presence of acatalytic converter.

The oxides of nitrogenformed at combustion areconverted into harmlesselementary nitrogen andwater which is calledSelective Catalytic Reduction(SCR). The usage of AdBluelies at 3 to 5% of the dieselusage.

AdBlue is now widely used in modern trucks and farmvehicles. Enviroblu Tanks have been designed for easy storageand use with the AdBlue product, and our customers canorder these tanks, specifically with their own needs in mind.

Enviroblu tanks aredesigned with the qualitycustomers expect fromEnvirostore, at anaffordable price.

Available as a 1300 or2500 litre horizontal, anda 5000 or 8050 litrevertical the Enviroblutank comes in an attractive bluecoloured outer.

The Inner storage tank isproduced with the‘translucent inner tankfinish’ that has becomethe popular standardwith the Envirostorerange.

Whilst Single Skin Tanks may be used for domestic oil storagewe recommend that Single Skin Tanks are used for waterstorage only and that a Envirostore integrally Bunded Tank be used on all oil storage applications including domestic use. Single Skin Tanks if used should be installed over a suitablecatchpit (bund) which has been tested and approved by aregistered OFTEC or an equal and approved registeredengineer.

The Apollo SmartThe Apollo Smart monitorsfuel costs and heating oil usageas part of an integrated energymanagement plan, and canreduce heating costs.

The Smart Guard The Smart Guard

monitors the fuel supply and with an alarm facility permanently

checking the level, it willsend an alert that either a theftis in process or there is a leak.

Filstop DeviceThe Filstop is tested up to580 litres per minute, (maxpressure 8 bar), providingsafer filling for the deliverydriver. We recommend thatduring filling of the tank, thatthe driver does not totallyrely on the gauge alone.

To ensure your tank condition,and to protect the environmentaround your tank, please followsome simple guidelines.

1. Envirostore UK Ltd advise thata risk assessment should becarried out before installationby an OFTEC registered or anequal and approved engineer.Regional requirements may vary.

2. Envirostore UK Ltd,recommend that a Bunded Oil Tank be installed to ALLapplications, includingdomestic.

3. Oil Tanks should be installed byan OFTEC registered or anequal and approved engineer.

4. Should your installer haveconcerns over the condition ofthe tank, or feels that the tankmay be damaged, pleasecontact our office immediately.

DO NOT INSTALL THETANK IF YOU THINK IT IS DAMAGED.

5. Your tank should be lifted usingappropriate equipment, ie:fork lift, or equipment capableof using straps to lift the tank.

Avoid lifting the tank by hand,as this could cause injury to you or people around you.

6. The lid should to be closedcorrectly and locked after filling and maintenance.

7. When installing the tank, neverinstall directly onto lawned orsoft areas, or areas where thetank can be damaged, ie:stoney areas, or gravel paths.Keep lid area clean and dry.

8. The tank should be installed ona suitable base, either acorrectly constructed concretebase, or concrete slabs, where the tank is fullysupported on it's entire lengthand width across the base.

If using pillars to support thetank, these should be of a suitable material, ie:engineering bricks, or concreteblocks, and supported

using concrete lintels andconcrete slabs.

For advice on base details, visitthe OFTEC website for adviceor contact an OFTECregistered or an equal andapproved engineer. (Yourwarranty could be affected ifthe tank is not supportedcorrectly.)

9. All Bunded Tanks, includingWaste Oil and Fuel Dispensers,carry a 10 year warranty. SingleSkin Tanks, including WaterTanks, carry a 2 year warranty.Pumps on Fuel Dispenserscarry a 1 year warranty. Hoseson Fuel Dispensers carry a 3months warranty.

Warranty and Installation

Envirostore understand that it is important for customers to have the back up of a warrantywhen and if required. Provided our tanks have been correctly installed or commissioned, byan OFTEC registered or an equal and approved engineer, in accordance with OFTECrecommendations, the following warranty applies.

Warranty on tanks may be affected if not installed correctly, or if any unauthorised work has been carried out onthe tank, without the knowledge or permission of Envirostore UK Ltd.

Warranty on Pumps, Hoses, Nozzles, Tank Packs, Filstops, Locks, Hinges, Fittings and Gauges, may be affectedif item has been tampered with, broken, vandalised or abused in any way.

Please note that regional requirements may vary in Scotland and the Channel Islands.

All tanks must be fitted by anOFTEC or an equal and approvedregistered engineer. The EnvirostoreWarranty may be affected if notinstalled correctly, or if anyunauthorised work has been carriedout on the tank, without theknowledge or permission ofEnvirostore UK Ltd. For details onthe current regulations, consult anOFTEC or an equal and approvedregistered engineer.

The Inner Spill Tray must be keptclean and dry at all times. Locksneed to be kept in good workingorder and can be maintained byusing WD40 or 3 in1oil.

All Bunded Tanks, including WasteOil and Fuel Dispensers, carry a 10 year warranty. Single Skin Tanks,including Water Tanks, carry a 2 year warranty. Pumps on FuelDispensers, Filstops, Locks, Hinges

and Fitting Packs carry a 1 yearwarranty. Hoses on Fuel Dispenserscarry a 3 month warranty. For detailsof warranty on Gauges, pleaseconsult the appropriate gaugemanufacturers details separately.

Connection and/or maintenance of electrical pumping equipment,should only be carried out by aqualified electrical contractor. Failureto do so, may effect your warrantyon the pump and/or the tank itself.

Fuel Dispensers should be used onlyfor storage and dispensing of dieselfuels to BS and EN standards. (If Bio-Diesel greater than 7% mix is to be used, please consultEnvirostore UK Ltd, before makingyour purchase).

Fuel Dispensers should NEVER betransported on the back of vehicleswhen containing fuel, and should

not be moved or lifted when fuel is inside the tank itself.

The Inner Spill Tray must be keptclean and dry at all times. If for anyreason the Inner Spill Tray has waterspilt into it then do not remove the bung.

Do not store or dispense petrolfrom any tank shown in thisbrochure.
