I. General Instructions
a. The list of probable candidates will be uploaded on the University website
(www.efluniversity.ac.in) on 06 October 2021. All these candidates should
submit the documents mentioned in the checklist (see section II) as per the
procedure mentioned below on or before 9 October 2021.
b. Create a zipped folder titled ‘your name-name of the course-application number’
(for instance, ‘Rashmi- MAELT-2100XX75.zip) with all the documents
mentioned in the checklist. P l e a s e s e n d t h e z i p p e d f o l d e r t o

N o t i f i c a t i o n .
c. The documents sent will be verified by the Admission Committees and if they are
found in order, these candidates will be asked to pay the Semester fees. The list of
provisionally selected candidates whose documents have been found to be in order
will be uploaded on the University website on 12 October 2021. These candidates
have to pay the fees by 16 October 2021. Seats of candidates who fail to submit the
required documents and/or do not pay the fees by the date mentioned above will
be cancelled.
d. The list of provisionally admitted candidates will be uploaded on the University
website on 17 October 2021 after verifying the fee payment details. Provisional
admission letters will be sent to the registered email IDs of the candidates. It is the
responsibility of a candidate to check his/her mails regularly and promptly respond
to any mail from the University. In the event of not receiving the admission letter,
candidates are advised to check the Spam folder before contacting the University.
e. It is for information that the admission will continue to be provisional until the
original certificates are verified and found to be in order by the Admission
Committee. At any stage, if it is found that a candidate does not meet the eligibility
requirements, his/her provisional admission will be cancelled.
f. The University may contact the provisionally admitted candidates on their
registered phone numbers or send messages. Therefore, candidates are required to
keep their phones active and constantly check for missed calls and messages, and
promptly respond to them.
g. Certificates of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/
EWS/PWD/WDP/Kashmiri Migrant have to be submitted at the time of admission
in the formats used for admission in Central Universities. They need to be issued
by the authorized official on or after the date mentioned (where applicable) in the
checklist. Certificates which do not comply with the prescribed format will not be
considered. Stipulations regarding the date of issue (where applicable) need to be
adhered to.
h. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination and are awaiting
their results have to submit a notarized affidavit (Annexure III) compulsorily.
i. The candidates are advised to check the University website www.efluniversity.ac.in
regularly as all notifications will be uploaded there.

Annexures I, II, IV, and V have to be submitted by all candidates who are provisionally
selected. In addition, candidates who have appeared for the examinations and awaiting their
results need to submit Annexure III.
The Checklist is to help you to verify whether all the required documents have been included
in the zipped folder. Check the items in the list and remember to sign the Checklist before
including a scanned copy of it in the zipped folder.
II. Checklist for Admission to Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and
Teacher Education Courses
Important: All the candidates are required to read the eligibility criteria mentioned in
the Prospectus before submitting the scanned documents.
Please attach scanned and self-attested copies of the following:
o Admit Pass of the Entrance test conducted on 9 September 2021.
o Passport size photograph (25 kb)
o Provisional/Degree certificate of the postgraduate course (For PGDTE/PGDTA/*B.Ed./ PG
Diploma in Translation) *If you are seeking admission based on a degree, attach the
certificate.
o Consolidated marks memo of the postgraduate course (For PGDTE/PGDTA/*B.Ed./PG
Diploma in Translation) * If you are seeking admission based on a degree, attach the
marks memo.
o Marks memos of the postgraduate course (semester-wise/year-wise as applicable) (For
PGDTE/PGDTA/B.Ed./PG Diploma in Translation)
o Provisional/Degree certificate of the graduate course
o A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a certificate of B1 level proficiency (CEFR)
equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Arabic/French/German/ Spanish/Russian (For M.A

Note: Caste certificates of candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer), EWS,
and Medical certificates for VHC and PHC candidates should be in the format provided
on the website. They should be issued within the dates mentioned, where applicable.
III. Bank details for online payment of fees
Important Note: After the verification of the scanned documents sent by the candidates in stage
one of the admission process, the University will upload the list of provisionally selected
candidates. Only those candidates whose names figure in the provisionally selected candidates list
have to pay the admission fees.

Important instructions:
