Introduction

The Emancipation of Willards Hollow was brought to life towards the end of the Fifth Month. As theDirector of the Oxbridge Escapades, Gerrard L. Blackwater wanted to create something for the marines as atoken of his love for them. Though many of them despised him due to his profession and his methods, he sought

for a chance of redemption - when it arose, he took it. Which resulted in the Hollow.

For many years just a harbor for fugitives and thieves, the small isle of Hemming just of the Tirasian coasttoday gives an entirely new scenery. Although the island is almost covered in forest, you can find a villageto the South of the region. Willards Hollow is a small but prosper community, partially owned by Rimbraid &Garlowes Co, the village serves as an outpost and home of the Blackwind Marine Platoon. Due to thepartnership and the success it has proven to be since several investors showed their interest, Rimbraid &Garlowe chose to move their entire operation to the Hollow which has turned out to be a wise decision.

Concept

The Emancipation of Willards Hollow is meant to give the members of the Blackwind Marine Platoon moredepth to their characters and also their daily lives. To have a home, somewhere you can brush off everythingthat happens in battle, a place where everyone of the Platoon can become one and simply acknowledge eachother. There are several traits of the Garrison Feature in Warlords of Draenor that the Blackwind MarinePlatoon are going to exploit. Below there is going to be a broad elaboration of all the stations and what themarine can do with them, however, this was only possible once we learned that a player will be able tobring a party of friends [No matter if it is a normal Party or a Raid] to the Alliance Garrison. [Same goes forthe Horde Garrison, however, as far as I am concerned were still a part of the Alliance Faction].

This is going to give the story of the Blackwind Marine Platoon somewhat of an upswing towards new andexciting times.. It is also going to be vital for new storyline, seeing as how the characters are going to bepushed to their limits meeting the new villain of the new plot line The Sins of the Father which will beginshortly after the launch of Warlords of Draenor on November 13th. Several features will be assigned forthe members themselves to ponder of what theyd like to do. As stated previously above, we are going toexploit the features of the Garrison and make it as lifelike as possible for the members.

Willards Hollow is going to be dependent on Blackwinds economy - should it decrease - so does the Hollow

Features of Willards Hollow [The Blackwind Garrison]Level Three Alliance Garrison - Lunarfall, Shadowmoon Valley [Draenor]

Due to the controversy of the garrisons, the Blackwind Marine Platoon wont be able to enjoy it until aweek or two after the release of Warlords of Draenor. The garrison will be built by me, however, building agarrison to its full potential takes time and thus, they wont be able to see it right away.

The buildings and various features of the garrison gives anyones imagination a spark. For me, it happenedwhen I first heard of them. When garrisons were first brought up by Blizzard at the reveal event forWarlords of Draenor, I hunted the web [especially MMO-Champion] for information regarding the garrison.My prayers were first answered when the Beta was released when people had pictures of how the garrisons

looked like and what you could do to a certain extent. Below follows several of the garrison features. Theywill have their real name and a picture to illustrate what it is and below follows a description of whatwere going to use it for.

The Bunker[The Resting Facility of Blackwind]

For a long time, the Blackwind Marine Platoon has had a Battle-brother and Battle-sister system. Withthis, each member is assigned a parter whom you do trainings with, who perhaps aids you in the everyday life.Basically someone you can trust and whom you cherish more with than the rest. These change every seasonhowever, giving everyone a chance to know each other. The bottom-line here is that; the Bunker provides abunkered bed, meant for two people. Each battle-brother and -sister is going to share their station as one.

Conditions:

- The station is to be tidy. Should the station be messy in any way for a longer period - consequences arise- It is the two partners own station -only-. Meaning that none else will be found in an occupied bed by

someone else at any time. Should a member have done this without permission - consequences will be taken.- There are approximately forty beds at the Bunkers disposal.

The Shed[The Supplystorage of Blackwind]

The Shed is going to have everything that Willards Hollow [along with the Blackwind Marine Platoon]needs. Should their economy be unstable so will the storage be. Without coin, nothing works. Several ruleswill be decided by the officers of the Platoon, along with the administrators of Willards Hollow. Shouldthe marines break these - the consequences will be dire since the emancipation resides upon the storage.

Inventory:

- Medical supplies, food supplies, crafting supplies and all other supplies needed.- Medical tools, kitchen tools, crafting tools and other tools needed.

The Mage Tower[Level Three Alliance Garrison]

The Luminary Study[The source of knowledge for the Keepers of Wisdom - The Luminary Study]

The Keepers of Wisdom or The Luminary as they are also called, are the spellweavers - be it arcanists,

warlocks or healers - of the Blackwind Marine Platoon. Given their important role, a sanctuary orFortress of Knowledge as I like to call it, has been built by the Oxbridge Escapades filled with everythingthey need to be as prepared and educated as possible.

Features:- A large library with books from all over Azeroth - including several pieces of quite rare spellbooks.- The materials for enhancing their performance and other objects. [runes, gear and personal artifacts]- This is also where all the magical items that Blackwind has gathered through the years are kept.

The Town Hall[Level Three Alliance Garrison]

The Proudmoore Quarters[The Blackwind Base of Operation]

The Quarters is, at least according to me, the thing of the Blackwind Garrison that I am most excited about.The building is going to have several rooms [Level Three] and one large room with the table illustrated inthe picture above. The Quarters is going to be a frequently visited place by all members simply due to the factthat they will spend a lot of time here during their stay at Willards Hollow.

Features:- The Table: the marines are frequently going to have meetings where they discuss new locations of interests and

potential problems that might have appeared. If you have a problem - take it to the Table- The Chiefs quarters can be found in the Quarters. A lone bedroom filled with information of the Platoon.- Several spare bedrooms can be found in the Quarters, meant for isolation and injured.
