– A 34 question survey developed by Reid, Roger, and Dwayne

– Five core areas that focus on new hire experience, organization, orientation, performance, and training

• Study was broken down into two Organizations: Organization A & B– Two organizations used instead of one to

determine if the results are applicable in any organization as opposed to one

• Why did we decide to use this tool– This survey was designed to provide statistical feedback in

understanding the new hire experience

• We wanted to use this HR tool to enhance the return on human capital

• Improve retention and the process of hiring new employees

• Ensure we stay focused on the goal and minimize questions that are a non-factor or obsolete
