Milaca, Minn., October 3rd, 1922. The board of county commissioners of Mille

Lacs county, Minnesota, met at the office of the county auditor pursuant to adjournment with all members of the board present.

Meeting called to order at 11 o'clock a. m., by the chairman, Peter Sehlin.

The board discussed varous matters and on motion made and carried board adjourned until 1:30 o'clock p. m.

A - Grow, juror fee, state vs. the official newspaper be approved, except as *.«!,«•, * f~*~ to order of organization of school district No. 86 on account of an error as to the time of meeting for the purpose of organizing. Mo­tion carried.

The following resolution was passed by the board:

RESOLUTION. Whereas, it appears that an error has oc­

curred in the publication of the notice of organization of school district No. 56, Mille Lacs county, as to the time of meeting for the purpose of organizing.

Be it therefore resolved that the following supplemental order be made, to-wit: x,.1* J? 'ar t ier ordered and determined, that the 21st day of October, A. D. 1922, at 7 p clock in the evening at the school house, known as the Heidelberger school house, in said district No. 56, be and the same hereby is fixed as the time and place when and where the first meeting of the electors of said dis­trict who are qualified to vote at school meet­ings, will be held to organize said district and that the county auditor cause ten days posted notice to be given of the time and place of such meeting as required by law. The county auditor will mail to the clerk of each of the districts affected by this order a true copy hereof.

Bain that an additional amount of $300.00 be set aside as a County Attorney's contingent fund. Motion carried.

On motion board adjourned until 8 o'clock p. m.

At 8 o clock p. m. board reconvened as per adjournment with all members present. The plat of ''Shakopeo Shores," comprising parts of lots 3 and 4 of section 23, township 42 of range 27, was presented to the county board, examined and approved and ordered filed with the register of deeds, and a copy thereof with the county auditor.

The following resolution was passed by the board:

RESOLUTION. Be it resolved, that hereafter all plats of

lake shore property in Mille Lacs county, and especially plats of Mille Lacs lake shore prop­erty, shall have reasonable parks or public places provided and dedicated therein for the

One and one-half cups of bran, one teaspoonf ul of baking soda, one tableepoonful of butter, three-fourths cup of sour cream or butter­milk, one-fourth cup of sugar.

Mix together and bake in a hot oven for twenty minutes. This maker six gems.

He is raising sheep and cattle on the high pampas of south­ern Peru, under the aegis of the Peruvian government and the Peruvi­an corporation.
