CO2DyeCootechnologyusesreclaimedCO2asthedyeingmediuminaclosed
loop process. When pressurized, CO2becomessupercritical.InthisstateCO2
hasaveryhighsolventpower,allowingthedyetodissolveeasily.
PURE DYESCO2dyeingdoesnotneedaddedprocesschemicalstodissolvedyes.The
technologyuses100%puredyes,withmorethan98%uptakesothereisno
waste.Thepuredyesareusedinpowderedform.
VIBRANT COLOUR100%puredyesaregivingbeautiful,vibrantcolours.Duetothehigh
permeabilityofsupercriticalCO2 the dyes are easily and deeply transported
intothefibres.Thisiscreatingintensecolourswithexcellentqualitycharacteristics.
QUICK CO2iscirculatedthroughthepressurevesseltotransportalldyetothefabric
andevenlydistributeinthefabric.AttheendofthedyecycleCO2 is
transferred via the integrated separator to the integrated CO2worktank.
In the separator the CO2(dyeliquor)iscompletelycleanedandmadeready
tobereusedforthenextdyebatch.
ENERGY EFFICIENTAllprocessstepsfromdissolvingdye,dyeing,cleaningandreclaimoftheCO2
areintegratedinDyeOx.Thefabriciscompletelydrywhenitleavesthevessel.
ZERO WASTE WATERNoprocesschemicals,zeroliquiddischarge,nowater,nowastewater
treatmentisnecessary.
