MateuCasañas,OriolCastro,JordiParraandEduardXatruchmeteachotherattheendofthe90’sinthekitchenofelBullirestaurant.TheretheytrainedprofessionallyaschefsandwhenelBullicloseditsdoorstobecometheelBulliFoundation,thefourchefsstayedontheteam,activelyworkingbyFerranAdrià’ssideontheconceptualizationoftheBullipediauntilNovember2014.In2012Oriol,MateuandEduarddecidedtobecomebusinesspartnersandbringtolifeadreamtheyhadhasforsometime:theirownrestaurant.So,inApril2012therestaurantCOMPARTIRwasborn.WiththeconsolidationofCompartir,inDecember2014theyopenedasecondrestaurantinBarcelona,DISFRUTAR.Atthesametime,Jordiparticipatesinotherprojectswherehespecializesintheproductionofgastronomiceventsandmanagement.In2019,thefourdecidedtojoinforcesandworkintheeventssectorcreatingDISFRUTAREVENTS,underthedirectionofJordi.
