The Dirt Lot Initiative
• This proposed project was part of last year’s Capital Project Improvement Plan
• There has been an obvious risk associated with its use
• This year, the Board of Directors set a specific objective to bring this matter back to the membership for its consideration
The Process
• Architect Wayne Renshaw revises the original Master Plan documents and submits to City for approval on January 22, 2010
• Approval is received from the City on March 5, 2010
• BKF Engineering services are retained to develop construction documents – March/April
• The project is bid – six bidders are invited
