The going went so fastbut it was long days setting out

the stars brilliance never extinguishedseemed to grow brighter every night

greeted by the birdsong and morning dewa brightness you could almost touch

savoring every moment of anticipationthe air could not hold this electricity

we never wanted the sun to go downMama's call for dinner hurt our ears

praying the street lights would never lightor the month of August fade away

September's call brought more than autumnthe shadows reached out farther and farther

Comedian King Kenny Mack

By: Garland L. McLaughlin

It was amazing to see after all of these years that my cousin who now goes by the name King Kenny Mack is doing his thing in comedy. As I did a little searching through social media sources I found him putting together crazy skits and making people laugh everywhere that he was showing up. It was only fitting that I get in touch with him, catch up, and of course do a little networking.

At first it was kind of unbelievable to see that Kenny was doing comedy. Growing up he was always into sports especially basketball. He was so into basketball for awhile in my early twenties I was actually looking for him in the NBA lineups of some up and coming teams, but of course he wasn’t there.

As we began to talk more he told me how it all got started. “One day I went to a comedy show and people was doing open mic, and I was like they are not funny. So like a week later I went home wrote some jokes, came back jumped on stage, and left with a standing ovation.” Could it have really been that easy, I mean cousin Kenny is a natural when it comes to competing so maybe I just had to take it all for myself and see. King Kenny Mack also told me he was on his way to publishing a book and he asked if I could edit it for him. Diving into the book made me not want to stop reading it. It was very funny in parts, serious, and it also made me think about past situations that I have been in with other females. I asked Kenny so what made you want to write and publish a book? “I was inspired by all of my real relationships, and the fact that I was out there doing a lot of things that I shouldn't do. I got a chance to see how women move, first hand, I got the chance to witness everything as I was boyfriend number 2 in a lot of situations, plus Steve Harvey was dropping all these books telling women that they should stop being played by men... he must be writing those books for the older population, because now a days, women roll

just as hard as men. This book will show that women have way more game then men,” King Kenny Mack answered. After reading the book first hand and playing a part in the editing process I can’t see why he would be wrong with these statements at all. In some points in the book I was laughing so hard and thinking this is a good script for a situation comedy series. I had to ask him if his upcoming book was meant to be serious or a joke among the guys? “Women Are The New Men does have some funny parts in it, but for the most part it addresses what it going on in the dating world today. We as men sit back and think that we have all the answers, like this isn't 2011, when the truth is everybody is playing a game. Instead of being honest everyone starts out playing and doing the things that we should never do. Now your trapped in the world you created, or image you created of yourself and that is false. Women are the best at giving you a false perception, and make it believable… That's what the book shows.” When old cousin Kenny put it that way he is right.

Getting back to the comedy side of his career I was interested in knowing who are some King Kenny Mack’s mentors? Kenny Mack answered, “Really my peers is what keeps me going. I never had dreams of being a comedian as child, or even when I got older. I just walked in a club and said hey I can do this... it has been a big learning experience. It has showed me that there is a lot more to being a comedian then being funny, but my close friends are the one’s who keep me motivated, like comedian J bliss and Chris funny man Robinson. ”Which age group of people generally come out to hear you perform? Young adults, old people, kids? “I’ve done shows for everyone, children, teenagers, college students. I don't box myself in to being one type of a comedian. I'm funny to everybody most of my shows are at clubs where people range from the age 25 to 50, but I write jokes to fit my crowd.” How often do you perform as a comedian? “When I was doing it full time I performed about 3 to 4 times a week. Now that I’m back working I perform once a week.” In what cases have you declined to perform at an event? “Only time I have not performed is when I was already booked somewhere else. I love the stage I will perform in front of two people.”

Finding out what keeps King Kenny Mack going and motivated was very important for me to find out. So I asked him what inspires him to keep on pursuing growth and making his comedy known? King Kenny Mack answered, “I really don't call myself a comedian, I'm a entertainer. I know that comedy will always be my roots into the industry and I will always love getting on stage and rocking a crowd, but I'm working on bigger projects now and working and still moving and growing in comedy. When its all said and done I want to have touched more people then Wilt touched women, but for real I want to reach a lot of people with my art and talent. God is good and he is the one that really makes all this happen for me. Without him in my life I wouldn't be able to complete anything… all I want is a chance, no one is going to hand it to me, so I go out and create my own opportunities.” With that said, yes we must be related and we have the same motto and drive to create successful outcomes for what we do. Next I asked, what is the most fulfilling part of your comedy routine? “The thing I love most about comedy is it allows you to address issues in the world through laughter. Most people don't even look at some of the problems this world has until comedians put them out there on stage. I love when people come up to me after shows and are able to understand the message behind the jokes,” King Kenny Mack answered. Family has always been important. Do family members support your career as a comedian? Kenny Mack answered, “My moms and pops make every show that I do they are my biggest fans. That's the love you need from your family, even my ex wife supports me. I can still go to her and let her know that I have new jokes and I need her to listen and tell me if they are funny. My children are the funniest. My son thinks he is Kenny Mack, he goes harder then me sometimes with the jokes, and he is only 7 lol.”

Structure and Voting

Each project determines its own voting rules. For example, the Dojo Toolkit gives one vote to each of its committers. If a resolution passes, the Dojo Foundation Board will automatically approve the measure unless it jeopardizes the Dojo Foundation.

For foundation-wide issues, votes are conducted via email, with one vote per committer per project. Foundation-wide measures include the addition of new projects to the Dojo Foundation, and the election of the Dojo Foundation Board.

The Dojo Foundation Board consists of six generally elected members, and one member elected by the project leads council. No more than 50% of the Dojo Foundation board will be represented by a single corporation. The Dojo Foundation currently has seven members.

In addition to the Dojo Foundation Board, there is a project leads council that not surprisingly includes the project leads of each project. The project leads council brings any significant issues to the Dojo Foundation Board. In general, these processes are extremely casual, and formality only exists in the rare case of a real problem.

Technology Review & Summarization

By: Garland L. McLaughlin

Many people believe that the web or internet should remain an open source resource for creating new technology and beneficial content. I am also a believer in this form of rational thought. By keeping the web open to research that can ultimately benefit society, individuals, as well as corporations will insure that everyone will have productive futures.

The Dojo Foundation is an organization that believes in this theory, but in reality this is a fact. Time and time again the web has demonstrated a level of creativity and advancement that will likely be unmatched in history. New ways of thinking and problem solving have come from the invention of the web. If it all goes away and placed into the hands of rogue corporations that want to cut off its resources society will be left to pay a bill for a resource that ultimately should be free.

As a “501(c)(6) non-profit foundation, we work hard to provide just enough foundation to make great open-source projects succeed and be professional and trustworthy to their users, without bureaucracy or excessive process for projects and their contributors.” This statement is clearly made on The Dojo Foundation website www.DojoFoundation.org.

Bringing people together that have unique qualities and ranges of diverse talent as contributors to reaching high levels of technology standards is the goal of The Dojo Foundation. The foundation aims to put together teams and project managers that have mutual interests for seeing the web stay open so that everyone who uses it can benefit from it’s technological advancement.

Learning How Firms Make Decisions About Profit Maximization

By: Garland L. McLaughlin

Learning how firms make decisions about how they are going to maximize the profit intake is a complicated subject. Firms often collaborate in think tanks that are highly developed to identify the areas that have made a firm the most money in the past. Finding the right niche to identifying the correct component that is sure to be a profit booster can take months in some cases years to identify.

Firms usually assign a team to think and dream up the possibilities that could lead a product, service, or solution to being a profit maximizing entity. Some people within the team may have an idea of what will work while others on the team may have an idea that other situations may work best for enhancing the profits of the business.

Figuring out what makes profit maximization work for a particular organization can best be analyzed by performing a S.W.O.T. analysis. A company must identify its’ strong points, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The most potential for finding the catalyst that will spark a profit maximization movement is best found in identifying the right opportunity that comes along.

Page 20: The Digital Conglomerate Magazine Inc. - Oct. 2011 Issue

Firms that have teams to identify what is going to make the company the next big round of profits often have debates about what should be identified as an opportunity and what should not be. This realm of thinking requires some creative decision making that will require the avid decision maker to think out side of the box.

Some decision makers often rely on identifying the threat or competitive forces that rest against the firm to try to maximize their profits. Identifying the threat will only serve as a comparison by which the firm can analyze what works and what does not. Some analysts have failed to realize that what works for one firm may not work for your particular firm, and there are a whole host of reasons why a situation may work for some other firm but not yours.

Focusing on a firm’s weaknesses will only make the firm stronger in the long run, because they know how to handle different situations, they know what the client or customer is looking to see from the firm, and the firm will not have to worry about patching up holes within it’s strategy in the future. Finding the weakness will only ensure that profits will be better in the future and that profit maximization for the firm is immanent.

Project Review

By: L. Simone Hart

People in general want to live healthy live and eat food that is not contaminated and filled with growth hormones. Living a healthy life and getting the best out of what life has to offer is the mission of The Venus Project. Taking advantage of the resources that are already around us will make everyone on earth more productive and less wasteful.

The Venus Project and its chief industrial designer Mr. Jacque Fresco are looking to deliver the intellectual and technical know how for creating sustainable living spaces for the future. Mr. Fresco’s philosophy along with his followers go against the grain to bring to the public living proof that living off the grid is quite possible. In addition to taking the resource based economy to the next level he and his followers are on an endless crusade to make people aware that change is definitely necessary.

Modern society often tends to look away from the philosophy of The Venus Project, stating that life will get better for everyone. In reality life has not gotten better for everyone. 2/3rds of the world live in impoverished conditions while everyone continues to deplete the planet of its natural resources. I was amazed to find that the blueprints of the Venus project have been around

Page 23: The Digital Conglomerate Magazine Inc. - Oct. 2011 Issue

and known to the public as early as 1974, when Mr. Fresco was first interviewed by Larry King.

Although this may seem to may as been just another cult like phenomenon where people are led off into a natural environment, like the jungle, and forced to drink the cool aid. It is not like that at all. The business model for self sufficiency is not a business model at all and in fact business will hold no relevancy within The Venus Project like society. Everyone will have what they need including food, shelter, companionship, and intellectual development is a key component that will hold it all together.

Mr. Fresco makes the argument that in a society where peoples needs are being met without the use of money their will be no crime or hunger. Big corporations don’t like this because the public is being fed the truth about why people keep paying more and more for their unhealthy hamburgers year after year.

Let’s face the truth money doesn’t grow food for us to eat, homes for us to live in or make clothing for our backs people do, we do. Money is the middleman complicating our views on what is truly valuable while destroying trees that make our air cleaner. Imagine living in a society where all your needs and the needs of your family are met daily, an environment where creativity is encouraged and cultivated for the betterment of all us one race, the human race.

Given the technology we have today there should be no hunger or crime. What has all of our “advancements” done for us except create more separation amongst the people fueling poverty, racism and inequality? The Venus Project is a new way of life a mission set forth to strengthen us sustaining life on Earth as it was meant to be what we have inhabited is not for sale. Every natural resource we have was not man made so why should any one man profit from something he himself did not create. The answer is he shouldn’t our resources are here for all to enjoy and benefit from to further expand our lives and self knowledge.

So let’s come together for what’s best for humanity not big business. We have the power within us to turn any negative situation into a positive one. Don’t be ruled by fear of change, at this stage of our social economical spiritual struggles there is a definite and immediate call for action and strategizing. The Venus Project has made a compelling case by bring about simple solutions to bring harmony, prosperity as well as continuation of life not as we know it but much better. Better raw natural foods, cleaner air (all vehicles will be totally electric) waste will be recycled for food growth, etc. See for yourself what the future could bring visit to learn more about The Venus Project and how you or your organization can get involved maybe even take a tour of model homes and plush tropic like environment.

Remember it’s not up to some of us to bring about a better world for our children to grow up in; it’s all of our responsibility.

When most people think about plastic surgery often times they come to the conclusion that this is a type of procedure that only the super rich or well to do folks can afford to get done. After noticing the popularity of Dr. John Connors and his practice I can surely say that people would be wrong to label his practice as a practice that caters to the elite of our society. His caring attitude and open minded approach to serving the community and demonstrating his expertise speaks volumes and redirects the mindset of many that question the validity of practicing plastic surgeons. Dr. Connors was very open in accepting to being interviewed by my publication and he also had some very well thought out answers to my questions.

As I began to ponder how to approach Dr. Connors with question after question I realized that his surgical expertise was not only ethical and placed high integrity on what was being done on his patients, but he cared about the patients he performs procedures on. “I think there are a number of misconceptions within the field of plastic surgery. The public has a very skewed and distorted understanding of what plastic surgeons do, thanks to Hollywood, the Internet and tabloids, and what we can achieve in both cosmetic as well as reconstructive surgery; As such I feel it is paramount that I educate each of my patients through all stages of my interaction with them. From our initial consultation I work hard in understanding their goals, in the planning of their surgical procedure and finally throughout the recovery, and am continually teaching educating patients throughout the process. To be an educator I must continually study, read and research all aspects of plastic surgery. I do this by reading monthly plastic surgery journals published by our plastic surgery societies including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), as well as by attending educational events locally as well as nationally. I educate myself on a continuous basis so that I can successfully transfer this new knowledge directly to my patients. I think by doing this my patients have a greater understanding of what plastic surgery can do for them and I think he really appreciate it.”

As the old saying goes everything is done for a reason. I was interested in knowing what got it all started and made Dr. Connors want to perform plastic surgery? “Great question, I actually was planning on becoming a pediatric heart surgeon but as a young resident in training found that I really enjoyed operating on all aspects of the human body from head to toe. I trained in surgery at Dartmouth medical school and as a resident and rotated through every surgical specialty. I spent a number of months on the plastic surgery service performing breast surgery, head and neck surgery, hand surgery, craniofacial surgery, trauma surgery, and at the end of the rotation I knew I was hooked and had found my life’s work.” Getting more comfortable with the interview I asked which age group of people generally seek his services? And do men ever come to him with any needs to have a procedure done? “I have been performing plastic surgery for about 10 years now, and over that time I practice has evolved into one that treats both adults as well as children males and females across the board. The most common procedure I currently performed is breast surgery, including breast augmentation as well as breast lifts, I also perform a large number of rhinoplasties, also known as nose jobs, and I also started a charitable organization called Emergence Surgical Gifts which allows me to operate on children as well. At this point my career my patient population is made up approximately 80% women in approximately 10% men followed by 10% children. “

In many cases people are often scared and terrified of having an operation performed on them. Patients want to know that they will be getting a quality service and results that they can be comfortable with. In what ways can you tell if a surgeon has performed a clean and quality service as opposed to a hack job? “Tough question to answer here Garland… I think a patient can be confident that if they choose an experienced board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, their surgeons have proven that they are dedicated to compassionate and quality care and will uphold the highest standards of our profession in performing their procedure. I do tell patient's that there are no 100% guarantees in medicine and that complications do happen and therefore they must choose a board certified surgeon to perform the procedures. Of note, it is of particular importance that the patient chooses a surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of plastic surgery, the only board recognized by the American Board of medical specialties covering plastic surgery.” In what cases do you decline to perform services on a patient? Dr. Connors answered, “I don't perform surgical procedures on patients that I feel are not superb candidates for the procedure they're requesting. Typically a “judgment call” on my part; whether it is due to an underlying medical , social or psychological condition, if the patient is not read for surgery don't think it would be safe to perform the procedure on . It doesn't happen often, maybe once or twice a year. The surgery has to fit the patient and the patient has to fit the surgery.” Is post operation support offered? “A surgical professor of mine once told me the easiest part of surgery is performing the operation and the toughest part is taking care of and managing a surgical patient afterwards. Having learned this early on, I see my patients probably more often than most surgeons as a make sure that they #1 are healing and recovering adequately and #2 are following my post surgical instructions. Post-surgical support I think is the most important aspect of managing the surgical patient and includes treating the local surgical area with dressing changes if necessary, applying topical ointments to improve scar healing, supporting adequate nutrition so that all areas can heal optimally as well as supporting the patient psychologically after surgery. I typically see patient's one week to weeks 6 weeks 3 months 6 months and one year after surgery. I will do see patients and talked to them after their surgery and make sure that any time they come to my office that I see them face-to-face I think this really helps nurturing them through the recovery process and in doing so ensures success in their surgical results.”

Doctors in general are very busy people, I especially wanted to know what was a week like in Dr. Connors shoes and how many operations does he perform on a weekly basis? Dr. Connors answered enthusiastically, “My typical week consists of a full day of surgery on Monday, 3-4 procedures, on Tuesday another surgical day 3-4 procedures, a full day seeing patients in the clinic which consists of seeing new patients as well as taking care of patients who have recently had surgery (30-40 patients each day), a half day of seeing patients on Thursday followed by afternoon surgery in the office (usually smaller procedures), followed by full days of surgery on both Friday and alternating Saturdays. Surgery days typically start at about 5:30 in the morning for me and end approximately 4:00 in the afternoon. In a typical week I perform approximately 15-20 procedures. The busiest time of year for me is typically in the Fall with most patients requesting their surgery be performed in December.” What should women consider before deciding to get cosmetic surgery? Are there multiple issues besides that person's physical health to consider? “Cosmetic surgery is “elective surgery” and is typically performed on healthy patients and functions to improve an anatomic area that the patient considers bothersome to them. I think the most critical decision a patient must consider is whether the surgeon they have chosen to perform their surgery is board certified in plastic surgery. In the state of Georgia, and many states for that matter, any person within an M.D. degree can perform "cosmetic surgery”. However, only those surgeons who have

completed the rigorous training in both general

Page 35: The Digital Conglomerate Magazine Inc. - Oct. 2011 Issue

surgery and plastic surgery, have completed and passed the necessary and required written and oral examinations Administered by the American Board of plastic surgery, may refer to themselves as board certified in plastic surgery. The American Board of Plastic Surgery is the only entity recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (www.abms.org) as being dedicated exclusively to the practice of plastic surgery. I recommend patient's considering cosmetic surgery to #1: ask they're surgeon if they are board certified and then ask question #2: what specialty are you board certified in? The answer should be board certified in plastic surgery. It is my personal opinion and after 18 years of training to become a plastic surgeon and almost 10 years of practicing, I feel it is of critical importance to educate my patients and in understanding exactly what Board Certification in plastic surgery means,” Dr. Connors answered.

Dr. Connors went on to state that, “The practice of plastic surgery for me is truly an honor and a privilege. The most fulfilling aspect of my practice is at the end, after it is all said and done, after meeting with the patient initially to discuss their goals, reviewing the surgical plan, performing the procedure they have chosen safely and effectively and having successfully managed them during the recovery period, when they return to the clinic and say thank you.”

Knowing that Dr. Connors places high emphasis and expectation on his career and the results his patients will receive I asked him what are some goals that he wants to reach within his profession as an expert plastic surgeon in the near future? “My short-term professional goals are to complete a book that I had started to write on plastic surgery (now a year over-due!), to continue my clinical research activities which will help me accrue data so that I may write and submit articles to my national peer-reviewed journals. My long-term goals are to continue to build my plastic surgery practice here in Atlanta, continue to educate patients in the standards of care that governed plastic surgery and to let the public know about our surgical charity called Emergence Surgical Gifts, Inc. which provides free surgical care to children of Atlanta suffering from congenital anomalies and acquired medical can conditions, most specifically burn scars,” Dr. Connors answered.

Lastly I asked Dr. Connors who have been some of your mentors that have guided him through the practice of his profession? Dr. Connors took a deep breath and answered, “The study of medicine, surgery and plastic surgery for me was a process that took 18 years, 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school and 10 years of residency training in both general surgery and plastic surgery. I have to say there were a number of great people, medical doctors as well as surgeons, that were significantly instrumental in my decision to become a surgeon and subsequently to become a plastic surgeon. The most important by far was my father, heart surgeon, who told me early on that medicine and surgery are the greatest professions on earth and he also taught me the respect and compassion for patients is necessary to be a great doctor. I think he was, and continues to be my greatest mentor both in surgery as well as and life.

Other great mentors in my surgical life I studied under at Harvard Medical School and include James May M.D., former chief of plastic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, John Mulliken M.D., chief of craniofacial surgery at Boston Children's Hospital and Mathias Donnellan M.D. chief of plastic surgery at the Boston Shriner’s Hospital. As the old saying goes ‘”we all stand on the shoulders of Giants in accomplishing great things”, and these men provided very broad shoulders for me.”

Up Close & PersonalWith Actor Michael Beasley

By: Garland L. McLaughlin

Michael Beasley is the second generation of a great family acting dynasty. I was interested in learning more about Mr. Beasley’s work due to the fact that I am a great fan of his father John’s work. I had a chance to catch up to Michael through social media and the networking platform Facebook.

I was amazed to learn that even in this young stage of Mr. Michael Beasley’s career he has already made many accomplishments through his acting. “I am currently recurring on Starz's tv show "Magic City." I have acted in the following tv shows, "Burn Notice," recurring role in "One Tree Hill," "Drop Dead Diva," "Meet The Browns," recurring role in "Army Wives," "K-Ville" and "ABC Primetime" to name a few. I have acted in the following feature films, "The Bay," "The Great Debaters," "I Love You Phillip Morris," "Mardi Gras," "Hero," "Unconditional," "Contraband," "The Odd Life of Timothy Green," "Mystic Rising," "American Reunion," "April Fool's Day," "Preacher's Kid," "The Change-Up," "Road Trip 2:Beer Pong," "Mississippi Damned, " "The Wronged Man," and "Journey 2:The Mysterious Island," Michael Beasley stated as I began to interview him.

Page 37: The Digital Conglomerate Magazine Inc. - Oct. 2011 Issue

Although it may seem that Mr. Michael Beasley was following in his father John’s footsteps. I wanted to find out exactly why he began acting. I asked him what got it all started and made him want to act passionately? Michael answered, “I had just finished playing basketball professionally overseas in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic and I had to re-invent myself. When my father, John Beasley who is a tv and film star, came to Atlanta to do "Jitney" at the Alliance Theater, I caught the bug. I decided to get my feet wet by being Madea's photo-double in Tyler Perry's movie, "A Mad Black Woman." I got the chance to play with Tyler Perry, Cicely Tyson and Kimberly Elise in a couple scenes and I held

my own. I realized that I

could have success in this industry. I honed my skills by doing several plays at are theater in Omaha, NE, "The John Beasley Theater" and here in Atlanta at the "Renaissance Project." I was able to bring the same passion that I had for basketball into my acting. I booked my first commercial and my first movie that I auditioned for. I have had continued success having done over 18 feature

films and 10 television shows in less than 5 years.”

Feeling more comfortable with how the interview was going I could sense that Michael Beasley was a naturally talented individual, business guy, and creative thinker. Next I asked him what examples can you give that influenced you to move in the direction of being an actor? “I always have been an entrepreneur. I'm not a 9 to 5 kind of guy. Professional basketball is entertainment so it was a natural fit for me. I understand that to be successful all I have to do is study the patterns and I can have success in this industry as well.” Michael also goes on to state, “My family is very supportive. My father again is a marvelous actor and my brother Tyrone Beasley, is a wonderful actor both of which I learned a lot from. My wife, Deena Beasley has been in several movies including "The Bad Lieutenant" and on tv in "One Tree Hill." My son, Malik Beasley, who is 14 yrs old, and my daughter, Micah Beasley, who is 10 yrs old, have done several projects with me also. So it safe to say it’s a family affair. My oldest son, Darius Brandenburg, at the age of 22, is

Page 38: The Digital Conglomerate Magazine Inc. - Oct. 2011 Issue

a music producer working on his 3rd album in Europe.” It is a great thing to see that the legacy will not end with Michael. With talent and creative expressionism across the board within his family I expect that an explosion of accolades and recognition will follow Mr. Michael Beasley and his family in the near future.

Following up with more questions I asked him next do people say you have a style that is similar to other actors and entertainers? “No but people always say how "natural" I am when I'm acting. My father really emphasized being conversational. We come a family of "story tellers" so I am always conscious of telling the story when I'm acting,” Michael answered. Who would you say that your fans are? “As of right now my fans are more my peers. Because I am considered the top "working" actor in Hollywood South which is Georgia, Louisiana, Florida and North Carolina. I have worked the most of any actors on major projects than any other actor black, white or Latino.” The hard work definitely shows and I am personally looking forward to

seeing Mr. Michael Beasley in more feature presentations as well as on television shows.

I was curious to know since Michael has been working so hard, how often does he get a chance to go do auditions for acting features? Michael answered, “3 to 4 times a week.” Michael also stated, “I love acting. I would do it for free.” Mr. Michael Beasley was pretty open about revealing his future plans in the industry. “Magic City" is going to be pretty big. It premieres on Starz's in 2012. My role is Grady James. I am writing, producing, directing, and starring in several of my own feature film projects for my production company Isis Ra Films.”

It was very hard to bring this interview to a conclusion, but lastly I asked Michael which actors does he want to work with in the future? Mr. Michael Beasley answered, “Will Smith, Don Cheadle, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Robert Duvall, and Robert Deniro.” It was very obvious to see that the best always want to work with the best.
