It was an amazing and useful course. Excellent andaccessible faculty. Andrew Weisenger, MD, Blythewood, SC
This was the absolute best clinical experience course Ihave attended. The faculty are all phenomenal, interestedin seeing people improve their skills and very non-
intimidating. It met every expectation I had and evenexceeded some. Denise Ward, DO, Bristol, IN
This weekend you have demystified many of thetechniques needed to be confident in managing even themost difficult airway. The course has also given me theconfidence and extra knowledge needed when faced withall types of airways. Pam Sparling, CRNA, San Pedro, CA
This was one of the best workshop courses I have everattended in my 25 years of practice. It is something Iplan to attend every few years to stay current andknowledgeable about such a vital skill for us as
anesthesia providers. Judy Thompson, CRNA, New Haven, CT

The Word is outwe are the best courseavailable for Difficult and Failed Airways
Instruction by the experts in the field.
Small group, hands-on sessions exclusively focusing on difficultand failed airway, emphasizing rescue strategies and devices.
High-fidelity medical simulators: code airway stations provide
real patient experiences to test and reinforce decision-makingskills. Participants manage their own cases using SimMan andAirMan simulators from Laerdal.
Step-by-step algorithms that go beyond the ASA, designedspecifically to address the difficult and failed airway.

nor ventilate the patientthe oxygen

aideventually you manage to get an
endotracheal tube in the right place, but
none too soon. You are diaphoretic, trembling and exhausted.
Then you take a closer look at the patients airway and wonder if
there was any way you could have identified features portending
this difficulty!!
The Difficult Airway Course: Anesthesia is specifically designed to
enable you to predict with greater certainty those you may not beable to intubate AND, more importantly, it will equip you with the
skills you need to rescue an airwayin the face of potentially deadly
failure. Your patients, your colleaguesand the courts expect you to
be able always to recognize and manage the difficult or failed airway.
Michael F. Murphy, MDCourse Director
All instructors were very skillful in teaching thecourses lectures. The practice sessions, hands-onstation and code airway sessions were wonderful. It could not get any better. I would recommendthat my partners take this course without
hesitation. Catherine W. Cheung, MD, Concord, NC
The practical hands on experience metmy expectations and far exceeded anyother CME course with regards to practapplication. Stephen Mason, MD, Burlington
