FADE IN:

INT. WAREHOUSE – DAY

LYNCH (young 20s) is tied onto a chair. His mask has been ripped, and his face is covered in blood.

His hands are tied behind his back. He has been beaten up and knocked out.

The MOB BOSS (mid 20s) and his two henchmen walk into the warehouse. They are dressed in suits. His two henchmen have pistols.

The MOB BOSS smacks LYNCH on the face until he wakes up. LYNCH wakes up and stirs. HENCHMAN 1 walks around LYNCH and smacks his face with a pistol.

The two henchmen train their guns on LYNCH.

LYNCH wakes up and looks around and tries to break free, but the MOB BOSS and his henchmen begin to interrogate him.

HENCHMAN 1 and HENCHMAN 2(train pistols on LYNCH)

MOB BOSS(smacks LYNCH)

LYNCH(wakes up, startled)

MOB BOSSHey! (clicks fingers) Hey! Wake up!

LYNCH(pauses and stares at MOB BOSS)

MOB BOSSWhere is The Cowl? You’re gonna tell me or that hand –

(grabs LYNCH’s hand) it’s coming off.

LYNCHI’m not telling you anything!

MOB BOSS(laughs, walks around) You think you can just break out of that facility, and use those powers to overthrow my

business?

CUT TO:

INT. WAREHOUSE – OUTSIDE THE WAREHOUSE – DAY

THE COWL arrives outside the warehouse. He listens in on the interrogation.

He arms his weapon while listening to the MOB BOSS and LYNCH.

THE COWL(leans in towards the door, listens to conversation)

LYNCHWhen did distributing illegal weapons become business?

MOB BOSSListen, we can either do this the easy way, or the hard

way. That choice is up to you.

CUT TO:

INT. WAREHOUSE – DAY

The interrogation continues.

The MOB BOSS begins to get more aggressive in his dialogue and LYNCH becomes more flustered.

LYNCH tells MOB BOSS where THE COWL is, and says he is outside.

THE COWL bursts inside the warehouse. LYNCH breaks free from the chair. THE COWL kills HENCHMAN 1, and LYNCH kills HENCHMAN 2, while exchanging dialogue between eachother.

MOB BOSSAnd it looks like that hand will be coming off if you

don’t hurry up.

LYNCH(flustered) Okay – okay… I’ll tell you where he is! He’s

– h – he’s…

MOB BOSS(stares at LYNCH, waiting for answer)

LYNCHOutside.

THE COWL(bursts door open)

HENCHMAN 1 and HENCHMAN 2(try shooting THE COWL)

LYNCH(breaks free from the wiring, grabs weapon on workbench)

THE COWLYou okay? (guns down HENCHMAN 1)

LYNCHJust about! (shoots down the HENCHMAN 2)

LYNCH and THE COWL(look around)
