THE THYRTY-NINE STEPS

Richard Hannay is bored of his life in London until his neighbourg tells him about a conspirancy against the Prime Minister of Greece during a conference in London. Now he’s wanted by his German enemies. They find and kidnap him in a building . Finally, he detonates the house where he’s imprisoned; he escapes thus and he kills the German spies saving England.

The Count of Monte Cristo

Edmond Dantès is a sailor accused to be a Bonapartist traitor. He’s imprisoned but he escapes to Monte Cristo, there he’s a Count and he can take revenge on his traitors. He kills them and now everyone can recognize that the mysterious man is Edmond.

HUCKLEBERRY FINN

Huckleberry Finn is a young man who escapes from his alcoholic father. On the Mississipi river he meets Jim, a black slave and they get in trouble because of two impostors: the two fugitives can be arrested for a theft. Finally Huck saves Jim therefore they’re still alive and they can go on living their adventure.
