The Synopsis

The Corporation is the story of how three girls come together because they defaulted on their student loans and now are in debt to the US government for hundred of thousands of dollars. However, The Blackmist Group aka the Corporation, a clandestine organization run by the CIA, buys the defaulted loans from FAFSA and now these three girls Kimmie, Sierra, and Haley have to do the The Corporation's bidding. The Boss, Hershel Bronstein, offers them a one way ticket to get out of debt or face the consequences of the US Government.

Investment

Each episode for the show will be approximately 150K and we are offering three different investment opportunities.

Investment opportunity #1 if you invest in three episodes your total investment is $450K and you will receive an ROI of 100% +15% =115% plus 12.5% after fees are paid out.

Investment opportunity #2 if you invest in six episodes your total investment is $900K and you will receive an ROI of 100% +15% =115% plus 25% after fees are paid out.

Investment opportunity #3 if you invest in nine episodes your total investment is $450K and you will receive an ROI of 100% +15% =115% plus 37.5% after fees are paid out.

Exit Strategy

The exit strategy of the show is through advertising streams that are going to be worked out with Dash Media and Archstone Distribution.

The Show will have 7.5 minutes of commercials which 2.5 minutes will go to the platform provider such as Direct TV and/or Roku.

With five minutes of commercial time we will work with Dash's advertisers and we seek 20K per 30 second commercial. So with 10 commercials at 20K = $200K, so per episode the investor will make $157,500.00 and will share in the pari passu once all fees are taken care of with production.

We will also offset the cost of the show with tax credits (depending on what state we shoot in.)

We will also create merchandise and sell it through the website.

We will also create music downloads for the public to buy from the show
