Even if the Romanian education system has been the subject of various debates regarding its reformation, there are still a few factors that encourage the development of young professionals, mostly in COMPUTER SCIENCE. However, many countries recorded shares of 40% or more, including France, Romania , Finland , Norway, Germany and Belgium. source: Eurostat In spite of its weaknesses, the Romanian education system is preparing generations of competitive IT professionals. They capable of adapting to different projects thanks to their language and communication skills. They are also encouraged to constantly improve their skills, based on a stable financial situation.
