• Participants in the fishbowl have an opportunity to share experiences, ideas, and reflections.

• Observers of the fishbowl discussion have an opportunity to gain insights, form opinions, and generate questions.

• Everyone has an opportunity to develop a higher awareness of the competencies and an increased understanding of various experiences and viewpoints.
