Welcome Ladies,

The end of winter spells the end of hibernation and the promise of longer days, outdoor dining and a chance to socialise and make plans for the coming year.

As always our club has been busy with tours and meetings – experiencing some amazing sights and adventures. We have selected some of our favourite photos from our most recently returned group tours and included them in this newsletter. New friendships have been forged and we are well under way for another busy year in 2017.

In the new year we look forward to hosting our first ‘Cruise & Coffee’ mornings - an opportunity for members with an interest in cruising to meet casually for coffee to exchange ideas and to learn about new cruise itineraries and the latest specials.

We allowed 26 days touring this area, and our Tour Escort commented we would have seen more of the country than most British & Irish people had! I was thrilled on completion of our tour - the only negative feedback of the whole experience was “no cream on the scones in Alloway”. The areas we visited were so beautiful and untouched. I would love to return and do it all again. Thank you to the group for being such fun; appreciative of the experience; and just easy - you were wonderful. - Anne

In August eight TLC members headed off to Madagascar to explore its highlights. They recently met again in the Andrew Jones office to exchange photos and relive their fantastic adventure. Many are now planning to return in 2018 to explore the lesser known regions of the North and West of this unique island.
