Just off the 405 freeway at Irvine Center Drive is Los Olivos Shopping Center, anchored

by 24 Hour Fitness and Spectrum Montessori School. The center offers 62,200 square

feet of food and service options to meet the needs of nearby office workers and

residents; Phase II of the center will add approximately 100,000 square feet to the site.

Directly across the street is the new Los Olivos Apartment Homes, which opened 1,750

units early 2013. An additional 1,950 homes are also planned in the same area across

the street from the center.
