be. Because this may cause serious changes of the environment.

There is too much of CO2 in the atmosphere today.
The CO2 makes the climate get warmer faster than ever.
The CO2 level increases because of the industrial production growth and some other activities causing the CO2 production (cutting out the rainforest, burning of coal, driving cars and other)
THE ‘GREENHOUSE’ EFFECT
Sunlight gives us heat; some of it warms the atmosphere and some goes back to space.
The CO2 in the atmosphere works like a glass in a greenhouse: it lets heat get in, but doesn’t let much of it get out, so the atmosphere becomes warmer.
THE ROLE OF TREES
Trees take CO2 from the air and produce oxygen. But because of the cutting out and burning of big areas of rainforest (‘the lungs of the Earth’) there is less trees and much more CO2 in the air now
