Past, Present and Parabolic

� Last week we began ministering on theparables of Jesus. These parables reveal the

conditions, climate and culture of His coming.

� The twilight zone generation that we live in

often overwhelms me. I have been receiving

great revelation from God. I have been seeing

things and understanding things, yet I cantseem to get to them, to bring Jesus to the

scene.



� What is the true nature of the attack on theindividual and consequently the Church.

� I have come to the conclusion that it is myFaith.. Lets just look at these parables for

a brief moment..

� If we are responsible for the mysteries of the

Kingdom, then we have revelation from God.In simplistic terms revelation can be definedas Seeing Things as God sees them



� God allows us to know things about our

generation, the spiritual climate, areas under

attack, solutions come from revelation. We

confront our generation with these solutions in

hopes that they will see and turn to Jesus.

� Then comes the attack, we are constantly looking

for Gods ways inside of our rational minds, if itdoesnt happen the way my mind thinks then the

doubt word appears and my faith is damaged.



� When my faith is damaged, heaven in me

becomes damaged. I begin a process in my

mind of rationalizing something to believe in.

The point of origin for all things, my security,

my problems, my solutions. These all take root

in my spirit and then I begin to depend upon

them. I begin to define my life and the courseof my life through these new root thoughts.



� I believe that is what this shaking prophesied in

Hebrews 12 and Haggai 2 is speaking about.

� What is the reason that we shake something ?

Obviously to loosen it from where it is attached. I

believe we are being shaken to loosen those

things that we have attached ourselves to, or that

have attached themselves to us. They are beingloosened so that the Church in her power can pull

them out..



� My Faith must remain intact for things tohappen in the supernatural and then become

visibly apparent.

� Faith operates without seeing, yet it produces

visible results by our actions. Speaking,

operating by Faith in the words of Jesus willproduce results. Speaking is not a repetitionor the phsycology of brain washing. It is the

method of the miracle that you need.



� If we as wise scribes must know what to bring

with us both new and old, it must be the building

block of faith in our revelation that enables us to

know what changes and what doesnt change.

� Structure changes, methodology changes but

truth never changes under proper interpretation.

If the truth changes it has been interpretedincorrectly from the original intent.



� Methodology is usually mandated by theculture in which you are born.

� Structure is quite different, it is mandated bylife.. The life of the church is what

mandates structure. If there is no life , then

structure becomes irrelevant. This life that Ispeak of is the outburst of the life of Christand the change that occurs upon their new

creation experience.



� Luke 12.36And ye yourselves like unto men that

wait for their lord, when he will return from the

wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh,

they may open unto him immediately.

�37Blessed are those servants, whom the lord

when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say

unto you, that he shall gird himself, and makethem to sit down to meat, and will come forth

and serve them



�38And if he shall come in the second watch, orcome in the third watch, and find them so,

blessed are those servants.

�39And this know, that if the goodman of the

house had known what hour the thief would

come, he would have watched, and not havesuffered his house to be broken through.

�40Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.



� Immediately, when the Holy Spirit is working

in your life, pre-occupation with ourselves or

other things can cause us to miss what God is

trying to do in His timetable



�Matt: 24.32Now learn a parable of the fig tree;

When his branch is yet tender, and putteth

forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

�33So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these

things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

�34Verily I say unto you, This generation shall

not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.



�44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an

hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

�45

Who then is a faithful and wise servant,whom his lord hath made ruler over his

household, to give them meat in due season?

�46Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when

he cometh shall find so doing.



�47Verily I say unto you, That he shall make himruler over all his goods.

�48But and if that evil servant shall say in his

heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

�49And shall begin to smite his fellowservants,

and to eat and drink with the drunken;

� 50The lord of that servant shall come in a daywhen he looketh not for him, and in an hour

that he is not aware of,



� Stop, and think for a minute, Do you think that

the coming of the Lord is near, or has the

scoffers, those who delay His coming and the

cynicism of serving God caused you to forget.



�Matt: 13.24Another parable put he forth unto them,

saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a

man which sowed good seed in his field:

�25But while men slept, his enemy came and

sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

�26But when the blade was sprung up, and

brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.



�27So the servants of the householder cameand said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow

good seed in thy field? from whence then

hath it tares?�

28He said unto them, An enemy hath done

this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thouthen that we go and gather them up?

�29But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up thetares, ye root up also the wheat with them.



�30Let both grow together until the harvest:

and in the time of harvest I will say to the

reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and

bind them in bundles to burn them: but

gather the wheat into my barn.



� What are you spending your time doing,

minister unto the Lord, Let the Lord of the

harvest take care of the tares.



�12And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest

thou in hither not having a wedding garment?

And he was speechless.

�13Then said the king to the servants, Bind him

hand and foot, and take him away, and cast

him into outer darkness, there shall be

weeping and gnashing of teeth.



�10So those servants went out into the

highways, and gathered together all as many

as they found, both bad and good: and the

wedding was furnished with guests.

�11And when the king came in to see the

guests, he saw there a man which had not on

a wedding garment:



� The garments of righteousness, are supplied

by the groom, if you dont have it on, you will

be excluded from the wedding.



� Matthew 25

�1Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto tenvirgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet thebridegroom.

� 2And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.�

3They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oilwith them:

�4But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

�5While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered andslept.

�6And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, thebridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.



�7Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed

their lamps.

�8

And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

�9But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest

there be not enough for us and you: but go ye

rather to them that sell, and buy for

yourselves.



�10And while they went to buy, the bridegroom

came; and they that were ready went in with

him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

�11Afterward came also the other virgins,

saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

�12But he answered and said, Verily I say unto

you, I know you not.



� Relationship is the key to oil, relationships are

based on time and communication..

�

Isnt it amazing the condition that we allowour spiritual man to fall into..



�26His lord answered and said unto him, Thou

wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I

reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have

not strawed:

�27Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money

to the exchangers, and then at my coming I

should have received mine own with usury.�

28Take therefore the talent from him, and give it

unto him which hath ten talents.



�29For unto every one that hath shall be given,

and he shall have abundance: but from him

that hath not shall be taken away even that

which he hath.

�30And cast ye the unprofitable servant into

outer darkness: there shall be weeping and

gnashing of teeth



� Several Ability.. You are required to use

the multiplication principle of what God has

given you
