Cocktail Making Master Classes

Classic Package $59

• 1 welcome Kir Royale cocktail

• 4 canapés each

Your bartender will take the team through 3 pre-set classic cocktails: Mojito, Margarita and Toblerone. An engaging event where the bar person will explain the history and quirky facts about the cocktails. You will then get to choose one and come behind the bar and make the cocktail yourselves!

Mystery Box Package $59

• 1 welcome Kir Royale cocktail

• 4 canapés each

By selecting our ‘Mystery Box’ challenge your team will enjoy a light hearted competition, as guests go against each other to make the greatest cocktail creation of all.

Our bartender explains the science behind taste, using Campari, lemon, sugar and salt. Then the bartender will create a random mystery box for team members to use to make their cocktail concoction. Your team then gets to come behind the bar and make their own mystery box cocktail. Our bartender will play judge and jury, and whoever has made the best cocktail will win a prize.

Cocktails & Set Menu $99 per person

Pre-party cocktail class $69 per person

Our bartender will show you how to make three “party starter” cocktails: Espresso Martini, Long Island Iced Tea and Singapore Sling. You can then choose one and come behind the bar and make the cocktail yourselves. The class is finished with a shooter made by our bartender.

Vue Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a divine 3-course table d’hote menu. A relaxed and convivial space, Vue is the ideal backdrop to socialise and watch the sunset over the harbour. Our tasty 3-course menu includes choices of duck galantine, turkey tenderloin or rib-eye steak. For dessert you can indulge in soufflé and truffle tart.
