• Live2Lead Ghana is being hosted by the Centre for Transformational Leadership in Africa

(CTL Africa) under an agreement with the John Maxwell Company giving rights and

obligation to host the event to the standards stipulated in the said agreement.

• CTL AFRICA was founded in 2016 by Samuel Ayim to help train and develop individuals

into transformational and ethical leaders, able to lead themselves and others and

influencing significant change and development in their communities and in Africa.

• CTL AFRICA aims to bridge the gap between traditional education and real life by

providing knowledge, programmes, and facilities necessary for successful living, but

which are not taught in schools. This includes leadership principles in all aspects of life

such as self imaging, disciplined living, identifying life purpose by committing to resolving

problems of the world (self-leadership); business leadership (entrepreneurship), political

leadership, etc.

• CTL Africa leverages on world class leadership curriculum, materials and programmes of

the John Maxwell Team Online University for which the CTL Africa partner coaches are
