Serena Laino was born in Naples, growing up between the family business and the goldsmiths village, a unique concentration of specialized shops processing gold and precious stones.With passion and persistence and supported by Renato Laino, her father and teacher, she

has started off a unique and exciting business adventure: the creation of unique belts that blend the best qualities of the leather to precious buckles.

The collection exceeds the designer’s imagination to create unstructured

shapes that result in buckles expertly prepared and embellished with crystals

and skilled chiselling.Each object has its own soul, a pulse of

energy that comes out from the metal and surrounds the woman wearing it.


A love for animals was the creative background that brought life to the 2010 collection of bejewelled buckles made of metal and

enriched with Swarovski crystals.From the design to the special

manufacturing, by laser for smooth shapes or by craftsmanship for the

shapes that emerge from the “Zama alloy” casting.

Craftsmanshipthat changes the look of

cold metal, making it conceptually warm

and precious and giving the buckles a

soft and sensual, very Mediterranean and

extremely feminine look and feel.

A cross between a mascot and a lucky charm of fabulous islands such as the Aeolian and the Balearic

Islands: in the past its appearance, surely not an edifying one, bought the women’s fantasy to think it a poisonous

animal. Nothing of all this. The Gecko is a little shy, innocuous animal, it often becomes of our houses and

it is rarely chased away because it eats vermin. Its … relative beauty brings sympathy to whom has a minimum

of sense of humor.


Made of laser torn golden smooth metal or made of golden and polished metal embellished with Swarovski crystals craft set is mounted on valuable leather in pink, black and brown colours.

Elephant God. It is a very loved and evoked god; it is the Lord of Good Omen that gives luck and prosperity.
