For Highball Service of all Whiskeys we take 1 ounce of Whiskey and add finest Thomas Henry Soda or Bitter Lemonades of your choice, maybe bitters and citrus peel for taste.*

We mix 2 ounces of Whiskey of your choice with the finest fresh mint. We do not serve in silver cups, but you can bring your own cup to the Boilerman Bar. If you want us - we keep it for your next visit!*

Manhattan Style

We mix 1,5 ounces of Whiskey of your choice. We add vermouth, liqueur, bitters and the best cocktail cherries to your glass. Ask for: Manhattan, Greenpoint, The Slope, Little Italy, Red Hook, The Brooklyn and please: Remember the Main!*

Old Fashioned Service

We mix 2 ounces of Whiskey of your choice. We add sugar and bitters and serve it on extra cold ice balls.*

Whiskey Sour

We serve the smoothest Whiskey Sour in town! 2 ounces of whiskey, fresh lemon, a little bit of sugar and a touch of egg white. Ask for: New York, Continental, Frisco, St. Nick Sour Style - Yummy!*
