Dear Parent

Greetings & Good Wishes!

Kindly note that School will be closed on 26th, 27th & 28th October 2010, for our Exhibition on Maharashtra, being

held at The Bishop’s School, Camp by the students of our 3 Schools on 27th & 28th October 2010.

Only those students who have been called to help with the stalls need to report to the Camp School, at the sched-

uled times informed to them, on the 3 days.

On 27th & 28th October, though there will be no classes, the students need to come and view the efforts of their

peers and increase their knowledge of our State. The Exhibition timings are 10.00am to 5.30pm.

Kindly note NO SCHOOL BUSES WILL BE PLYING and parents will need to make their own arrange-

ments for transportation to and fro. We encourage parents to accompany their children, to partake in their

pride and enjoyment! Arrangements for car parking have been made at the St Mary’s Church Ground.

Students of CLASSES IX and X & the JUNIOR COLLEGE will have usual classes on 26th, 27th & 28th Oc-

tober 2010. They will be taken to view the Exhibition in rotation, within the School timings.

JUNIOR SCHOOL ASSESSMENTS : Please note there will be 2 Class Assessments i.e. English Language

& Geography for Class V on 25th October 2010. Thus, there will be no Assessment on 26th October

2010. Assessments scheduled for 29th October for all Junior students will be held as usual.

ATTENDANCE OF ALL STUDENTS IS COMPULSORY ON 29TH OCTOBER 2010, THE DAY WE CLOSE FOR THE

DIWALI VACATION AFTER CLASS.

WE WILL REOPEN ON 10TH NOVEMBER 2010 AT THE REVISED WINTER TIMINGS, DETAILED AS AT-

TACHED.
