SINUMERIK Integrate requires the use of the SINUMERIK Operate graphical user interface and is available for the SINUMERIK 840D sl and select SINUMERIK 828D CNCs.

Create MyHMI

Create MyHMI provides a scaleable HMI openness for SINUMERIK Operate and the expandability with high-level programming or configuration. Create MyHMI is available for various popular programming languages (QT/ C++, .NET). You benefit from specific operating screens in SINU-MERIK Operate so you can create your own user interface thanks to the unique openness of SINUMERIK CNC.

Create MyConfig

The Create MyConfig engineering software supports the automated commissioning of machines with SINUMERIK. The software’s modular concept permits the commission-ing and the upgrade of the various machines of a series with just one software module. You benefit from reduced commissioning or upgrade time, while avoiding faults as result of simplified commissioning or upgrade tasks and automated process steps.

Create MyCC

Openness of the NC kernel permits customer-specific extensions in real-time through the development of your own compile cycles.

Create MyCCI

Scaleability allows the development of loadable compile cycles based upon customer-specific interfaces with stan-dard PCs. You benefit from a customized machining pro-cess for your special machine, including the communica-tion into the existing network.

Create MyInterface

The Create MyInterface solution can be used to easily integrate SINUMERIK CNCs into an existing manufacturing unit using defined interfaces. All significant machine data is exchanged between a control system and the CNC. This reduces machine downtime and increases machine utilization.

The “Create-it!” module bundles solutions for the creation and configuration of user-specific functions in the

SINUMERIK Operate graphical user interface and for the programming of interfaces to the machine tool and to a

company server. For example, comprehensive function libraries are offered that allow the use of PLC, NC and

HMI functions throughout the network.

SinuCom Protector can be used to implement a compre-hensive protection of expertise with an encrypted encod-ing of OEM cycles. These encrypted cycles permanently ensure your technological lead.

Lock MyPLC

SIMATIC Step 7 “KNOW_HOW_PROTECT” permits a com-prehensive PLC machine program protection. This protects technological knowledge from unauthorized access.

SINUMERIK Integrate – Lock-it!

The “Lock-it!” module bundles the protection of technological knowledge against unauthorized access.

Such protection includes copy protection and the secure storage of data with company expertise,

SINUMERIK Integrate – Run-it!

Run MyScreens

The basic scope of SINUMERIK Operate provides Run MyScreens as an on-board-tool. An ASCII editor is used to configure the graphical parts of user NC cycles and user screens. This allows you to extend the SINUMERIK Operate standard user interface.

Run MyCC/Run MyCCI

Run MyCC permits the execution of your own compile cycles. Run MyCCI forms an interface for special customer-specific additions and permits the execution of the appro-priate loadable compile cycles.

The “Run-it!” module contains the complete runtime system for the execution of individual user interfaces,

the execution of customized compile cycles on the NC kernel, the control of drives and the execution sequence

of the virtual NC kernel (VNCK).

Run MyHMI

Run MyHMI permits the processing of programmed HMI applications. QT/ C++, Visual Basic .net or C# can be used as programming language. The programming package offers maximum flexibility and the largest function scope for the creation of customer-specific operating screens. From the integration of individual user screens in SINU-MERIK Operate, through to the creation of your own oper-ator interfaces, you have the comprehensive capabilities to extend the SINUMERIK user interface.

Run MyVNCK

With our VNCK, we offer you a virtual NC kernel that is implemented with machine-related functions either directly by the machine tool builder or in a CAM system. This gives you, as the machine builder, the flexibility to implement customer-specific applications.

Manage MyTools

With Manage MyTools, we provide a comprehensive tool data overview, including statistics and planning, for com-plete manufacturing. It supports various code carrier sys-tems. You benefit from a closed tool data loop — from procurement through deployment (Procurement > Tool setting > Provision > Setup). This makes rationalization potential transparent, e.g. with savings, optimization and availability.

“Manage-it!” is used for the organization and management of NC programs and tools. It includes solutions for

tool, data and program management to permit fast and general availability of manufacturing information. The

Manage-it! module establishes an optimum connection between the design, job preparation and manufacturing.

The integrated interface within Teamcenter optimizes processes and represents them consistently.

Manage MyPrograms

Manage MyPrograms provides centralized NC program management and storage, as well as an automatic NC data backup of the SINUMERIK CNC. For example, NC pro-grams can easily be taken from Teamcenter. The advan-tage is simple, centralized NC data organization with the inclusion of the NC programmer, as well as fast NC pro-gram creation via the network. Integration into the SINU-MERIK Operate user interface is possible without the need for any additional external devices on the CNC.

SINUMERIK Integrate – Access-it!

Access MyMachine/ P2P

The Access MyMachine/P2P function permits remote access to the SINUMERIK HMI for fast machine diagnos-tics. It allows data uploads and downloads, analog and ISDN telephone connections, and Internet access. Access MyMachine ensures increased machine availability through a fast “online presence”. Better preparation for these types of service calls is also possible.

Access MyMachine/Ethernet (ASP)

The Access MyMachine/Ethernet (ASP) function provides an overview of the machine history and permits uploads and downloads of machine data, files, trip recorders and configurable PLC traces. Text message (SMS) or e-mail notifications in cases of unusual machine states are also possible. Access MyMachine/Ethernet (ASP) permits cost-effective monitoring of fault states and comprehensive integration of in-house service and maintenance processes.

Access MyTool ID

Access MyTool ID permits the connection of tool identifi-cation systems via PROFIBUS for SINUMERIK CNCs in con-junction with standard tool management, as well as the transfer of tool data. This avoids the need for error-prone manual inputs.

Access MyCAD/CAM

With Access MyCAD/CAM, we support integrated pro-cesses during manufacturing and permanently optimize the interfaces between the CAD/CAM and CNC systems. This optimizes the workflows in both directions — for complete data transparency and communication between machine and job preparation.

Access MyBackup

This ensures easy backup and restoration with SINUMERIK CNC. This means — central data storage and availablity, as well as efficient archiving of machine data in coopera-tion with partners. When components need to be replaced, all relevant data required for the operation of these components is immediately made available.

“Access-it!” provides the uniform communications interface for

the SINUMERIK CNC. The module provides remote access for

machine diagnostics. This reduces recommissioning time and

increases machine availability thanks to fast online access. In

addition, automatic backups to a higher-level data backup sys-

tem can be initiated — data produced remotely and local NC

programs can be collected automatically.

SINUMERIK Integrate – Analyze-it!

Analyze MyCondition

Analyze MyCondition provides test cycles for synchronous operation, circularity and universal axis tests, as well as continuous acquisition of data during the manufacturing process. The reporting of key data concerning the wear of mechatronic components is also possible. Thanks to sta-tus-based maintenance, you benefit during manufacturing from higher machine run times and reduced failure and standstill times.

Analyze MyPerformance

The Analyze MyPerformance solution supports integrated and matched processes during production. Machine data acquisition and evaluation increases the transparency dur-ing production; this allows optimization potential to be determined. Specific analyses, such as machine availabil-ity, cycle times, utilization level or alarm statistics, prevent failures and lead to longer machine run times.

The “Analyze-it!” module provides powerful functions for status-based maintenance, as well as for key data-

based analysis functions. The continuous evaluation of data during the manufacturing process increases

machine run times and, thanks to status-based maintenance, reduces failure and standstill times. This module

also allows you to evaluate key data concerning the wear of mechatronic components.
