is a dynamic new transpersonal energy psychotherapy, developed by Monika Marguerite Lux. It is a synthesis of approaches from Eastern spirituality and Western psychology. We construct our world through metaphor. We can only conceptualise by making comparisons between different realms of experience. Ametaphor shows us one thing as another, and in doing so extends the way we see the world, also often refreshing and enlivening our perception. In oral and written language, using the medium of picture imagery, metaphor speaks directly to our imaginative faculties, bypassing our rational brain. Such metaphoric byways and pathways enable us to explore the ideas, forces, and powers that lie behind or beyond our rational thought and helps us in overcoming the limitations of our fixed categories.

‘Constellations’ is a word derived from astronomy and it means: a bunch of elements that seem unorganized, but when you connect them, they form a structure - like the connect-the-dot drawing from your childhood.

We position participants (or figurines/stuffed animals) who represent your family members, colleagues or other people. They might even stand for animals, personal issues, life events or your body; basically anything in your life.

Family Constellation work recognizes that trauma unaddressed/undealt with remains alive/unfinished in the psyche/subconscious mind of the entire family even throughout subsequent generations.

It’s very easy to create energy fields and with experience this work is a great self-help tool.
