The Great Stock Market LieWhy Not Invest in Stocks?Wall Street leads many to believe that stocks outperform the appreciation of real estate, which is actually true—barely.

But Wall Street fails to mention two game-changing factors of real estate: leverage and the three additional profit centers of the ROI Matrix™.

When purchasing income property, most people put down 20% and borrow the other 80%. The power of leverage grows five times the appreciation on the 20% down. This type of leverage is unavailable

Since the start of his own real estate empire in 2003, Matt has mastered the most effective and creative real estate strategies for producing multiple streams of income. WILLIAMWilliam is first and foremost a devoted husband and father of two. He was a Michigan native until his move to Southern California in 2002. He has spent his career working in media and technology, developing systems that allow entrepreneurs to broaden and scale operations for greater success. As a passionate entrepreneur in his own right, William loves working with developers and business builders of all types to create solutions and manifest great success.

William has been creating his own income real estate portfolio since 2017. At Epic, William serves as the resident expert on all things technology and automation and is described by Matt as “his secret weapon.”

MERCEDESMercedes Torres is an accomplished investor, having flipped more than 25 properties in her first two years of investing. She caught the attention of the real estate investing community and Hollywood, appearing on the hit show Flip That House to demonstrate her knack for “house flipping.”

Money is not an issue for Makenzie Kelly. Prior to her success, she was drawn to real estate because of her husband, Ben. Ben is a San Francisco sheriff, often working long hours in the jail.
