• The average household income in The Galleria’s

New Luxury Condominium & Hotel Development
The Related Group of Miami will be building luxury
condominiums on Fort Lauderdale beach which will
be managed by California-based Auberge Resorts
Collection. Construction is expected to start early
2015 with occupancy slated for late 2017 or 2018.
The two-building Auberge Beach Residences and
Spa will feature 171 condos with prices ranging from
$1.5 million to $8 million. The project will also include
a five-star Auberge Du Soleil hotel located one-mile

The Galleria completed a major redevelopment in
2004 which added five upscale fine dining and
nightlife establishments including The Capital Grille,
Seasons 52, Truluck’s, PF Chang’s and Blue Martini.
These restaurants together average over $900 psf .
The Galleria is undergoing a $3 million renovation
to the Food Court. The new design will feature 7
food court units. One unit will offer approximately
2,800 square feet and the remaining units will offer
between 680 and 960 square feet. The redesigned
food court will be adjacent to P.F. Chang’s China
Bistro, Seasons 52, The Capital Grille and Blue
Martini. The space is scheduled to be completed by
Fall 2015.

Plans for The Galleria.
The $1 billion development project surrounding The
Galleria will include eight sites comprised of 1,200
high-end residences including condos, apartments
and senior living. The LEED certified project also
includes a 165-room hotel, an office tower and $30
million in streetscape improvements around the
center. If approved, construction is expected to
begin in late 2015.
