Sharing the latest thinking and research on creativity and leadership via conversation, coaching and case studies to create an actionplan for your organisation. Whatever your sector, creativity is a key driver for business success. Creativity is the lifeblood of many businesses. It’s debated, coveted, bragged about, awarded, misunderstood. There is a seemingly unrelenting requirement for it. It is the route to new services, products, behavior, sales, innovation and beyond. Leading thinkers in this area Nesta suggest that: “Places that have specialised in creative work are most likely to prosper in the 21st century”. If you work in PR, advertising, experiential, design or digital agencyside then you know this already, and creativity will no doubt be front and centre of your proposition and a recurring theme in your conversations with clients. If you work inhouse then you’ll be striving to bring the best creatively from your own teams and your agency partners. Creative leadership is the ability to bring together the individual talents and skills of your creative workforce and to ensure that the organization knows how to lead, manage and reward creative behavior and most importantly how to sustain it for the longterm. The Creative Leaders programme is led by subject experts. Claire Bridges is Founder of Creative Consultancy Now Go Create and one of the only people in the UK to hold an MSc in Creativity, Innovation and Leadership from City University London, combining 20 years sharpend experience at MD and CD level with academic learning. Elizabeth Lovius is a leadership and change expert, with a stellar client list including the RFU, Pret a manger and ITV leadership teams at the most senior level. Who is it for? Anyone who has to understand and lead the creative charge in their business. From top team executives, MD’s and HRD’s interested in creating a transformational breakthrough in leading creativity in their organization. Programme overview: People follow their leaders. In organisations, people don’t do what you say, they do what you do. When it comes to creativity, a leader’s job is to inspire a creative vision and engage people on why creativity is critical to a business; providing the spark. Then clear the path, remove obstacles and encourage creative practices that will fan the flame. By enabling leaders to become agents of creative change; that stand for and inspire creativity wherever they go and whatever they do. You will be sure to deliver a creative revolution, driving business success and staying ahead of the game. The Creative Leaders programme will share the latest thinking on creativity and make it accessible and practical through coaching each participant to create their own personal ignition plan to deliver a creative revolution.
