Come Join Us for the SPRING SESSION OF HIGH NOON CHOIR Come Join Us for the Spring Session of High Noon Choir When: March 29 - til June 14, Noon - 1:30 ( Orientation for new singers at 11:30 on March 29) Where: Church of Truth - 111 Superior Street What: Joyful singing together in community This is a non-audition choir started by Shivon Robinsong in 2003 and we are currently loving the 60 - 70 singers that arrive each week to join together in creating a 'culture of kindness' as well as to bathe in Vitamin H (harmony). Our repertoire is eclectic, including but not limited to world music, spirituals, African freedom songs, various rounds and chants, as well as some contemporary music. You do not need to know how to read music as much of the music is learned by oral tradition. If you've ever thought of yourself as a non-singer but would like to put that notion to rest - this is a safe and supportive place to do just that. All are welcome to come and try it out for a week or two. Bring a friend! "I was completely delighted and surprised by Michael's spontaneous songmaking process, mostly by the fact that I could do it, and, by how it revealed to me hidden parts of my psyche. Engaging the singing voice in verbal free-association makes this a wonderful tool for self exploration." - Shivon Robinsong

Perhaps the history of the errors of mankind, all things considered, is more valuable and interesting than that of their discoveries. Truth is uniformand narrow? it constantly exists, and does not seem to require so much an active energy, as a passive aptitude of soul in order to encounter it. But error is endlessly diversified.

I have sent it to my personal contact list and I will be sending to the widest possible range of media outlets and politicians that I can manage. This Hello Canada message outlines why I believe the exclusion is wrong and offers a variety of actions that we Canadians, individual political persuasions, can take try and change it.

********************** NO TANKERS ~ DOGWOOD INITIIATIVE It‗s federal election time! We are ready to make oil tankers a defining election issue in B.C. and we could really use your help. There are several close races in B.C. being touted as among the most important in the country. In North Vancouver, for example, the Conservatives won by less than 3,000 votes in the last election. In Esquimalt-Juan de Fuca just 68 votes could mean the difference between electing a candidate who will ban tankers on BC‘s north coast and electing one who will open our coast to the risk of a catastrophic oil spill. A reward of laughter for reading this far

It all began with an iPhone....

Submitted by Bill Hanson from a cyber forward from someone who shall remain anonymous

March was when my son celebrated his 15th birthday, and I got him an iPhone. He just loved it. Who wouldn't?

I celebrated my birthday in August, and my wife made me very happy when she bought me an iPad.

My other son's birthday was also in August so I got him an iPod Touch.

My wife celebrated her birthday in September so I got her an iRon.

It was around then that the fight started...... What my wife failed to recognize is that the iRon can be integrated into the home network with the iWash, iCook and iClean. This inevitably activates the iNag reminder service. I should be out of the hospital by Monday but Doc says I'll have permanent scars and always walk with a limp! ============ THAT'S ALL FOLKS ============ Making Universal Sounds In Community A Community Choir Crescendo, check it out! http://www.ubuntuchoirs.net/locator_coastal_BC.php ========================================
