It is a huge physical challenge to run 26.2 miles because of all the training you will have needed to complete prior the event to increase your fitness to a suitable level. Also, you need the mental strength to keep going in training and make the necessary adjustments to your normal life to make time for the training. Playing for a team can stimulate cooperation. Teams that work well together are able to use good communication skills and demonstrate good teamwork. It enables people to find solutions and work together on tasks. A netball team that cooperates well with each other and communicates when things go wrong and congratulates people when things go right provides a good grounding for a successful team.

Performance level is where participants are wanting to get better and are training regularly with a coach to improve their skill level and are competing regularly in local and regional leagues and cup competitions

This is the professional/international performer at the top of his/her game.
