The AgileJury®Solution AgileJury® was designed by jury administrators for jury administrators. From creating summons, to recording qualification to attending, empanelling and paying jurors, AgileJury® was designed to make these functions easier for you to perform.

Print/Mail Services • We use the pool files created

by AgileJury® to print your questionnaires/summons.

• We will fold, stuff and mail the questionnaire to potential jurors reducing court workloads.

• CorrectAddress® and Delivery Point Verification are also run against every record along with National Change of Address verification which all help to reduce postage costs and undeliverable mail.

Jury Display System Utilizing one or more large monitors located throughout the courthouse, the jury display system displays the names of the potential jurors and provides direction on where to assemble. Monitors in the jury assembly area inform jurors selected for panels of their assigned courtroom eliminating the need to call juror’s names out, and move the jurors to the courtrooms in a smooth and efficient manner.

In addition, the system can display other media, such as:

• Jury Orientation

• Judges Welcoming Speech

• Jurors Entertainment (CNN, etc.)

The jury display system is just one element of our total jury solution helping courts provide for a more positive courthouse experience for their constituents.

eJuror (IWR) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System eJuror allows citizens to communicate with the court via the Internet. Jurors can access court information, complete and submit a juror questionnaire, enter biographical information, request service postponements and deferrals, upload documents for court review and more. eJuror is fully integrated into the AgileJury® System, and updates can be done in real time automatically. Since jurors enter and verify their own data online, accuracy improves while staff workloads decrease.

Jury Check-In/Check-Out Kiosk SystemThe Jury Kiosk System from Xerox uses a kiosk with built-in computer, touch screen, printers, bar code and magnetic readers.

Upon arriving at the Courthouse, jurors can:

• Check themselves into attendance

• Print their own juror badge (with adhesive backing)

• Enter or confirm any required biographical information

When leaving the Courthouse jurors can:

• Produce their own payments with either a check or debit card

• Print their own letter of attendance

• Complete exit surveys

Our Kiosk system can also display general, docket and directional information.

AgileJury® Mobile Our three mobile tablet applications were designed for juror check in, check in of jurors as they report to courtrooms and recording any AWOL jurors, and our empanelment application can be used to record empanelment results and seat jurors.

Document Management Processing juror questionnaires and sorting juror information cards can be a laborious task. Through a strategic partnership with Scantron, Xerox offers the Juror InfoScan system that not only speeds up, but revolutionizes, the way juror qualification questionnaires are processed. Using this state-of-the-art solution, the Court can eliminate the massive data entry required by this stage of the jury management process. Prospective jurors complete jury questionnaires that are then scanned to process responses automatically, harvest applicable data, and store an image of the document. Infoscan can also scan and image ancillary documents such as doctors’ letters.

Way2Go Card® Payment Card-based disbursement has grown by leaps and bounds in the past few years. The Go Program® helps you deliver funds more securely and effectively than paper check issuance. Your court may choose to export juror payment information from AgileJury® to the Go Program® where Xerox will manage enrollment, card issuance, PIN selection, account setup and verification, transaction processing, and more. We also offer customer service to handle all card-related issues and questions. When we manage the disbursement process and interfacing with cardholders directly, you can focus on other important business tasks.

If your court prefers on-site jury duty payments, the Go Program® offers your court the ability to offer a Way2Go Card® instantly.
