AfterAfter our discussion with Pizza Corner Marketing team, we wanted to use social media to get closer to customers, increase the brand awareness, get into consideration set of the customers, increase sales through online media, listen to customers and address problems, if any! Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms were used, which helped us in achiev-ing the results in a cost effective manner.

Enthusionz is the Socio Marketer which empowers the companies to be social and build their brand through the power of Digital Media Marketing. We are a part of the new age advertisements and we are sure; we along with you can play an immense part in this prime marketing revolution of 21st century.

Approach

As we started working on Pizza Corner, we first wanted to know the perception of the customers and then frame our strategy on the same. From our research, we found there was very little awareness about the products available at Pizza Corner.

That’s how we decided to focus mainly on “Product Based Campaigns”. Product based campaigns was quite a success as we were able to showcase the different range of pizzas, toppings and other related products that form the backbone of Pizza Corner.

WWe came up with customer engagement programmes by asking people to name their favourite Pizza and so on. As our first goal was to engage people!

We celebrated different days like Pizza Day, Appetizer Day, and Desert day to create buzz in the social media.

We held many contests to generate a positive word of mouth, increase fan base through organic ways, create buzz in the social media world and also increase sales.

TheThe contest revolved around cricket, as we know that cricket is the most loved and watched game in India. Also, we wanted to focus on the concept that”Cricket is best enjoyed with Pizza”.

A series of contests were conducted through Facebook as well as Twitter. We got great response from both Facebook and Twitter wherein we got a lot of Likes, Comments, Shares, Tags and Retweets. Thereby, the traffic was diverted from Twitter to Facebook and also to the website, so as to leverage the buzz that we had created.

Results:

When it comes to the most important question of ROI from Social Media, the results achieved where highly satisfying.

We got #PizzaTreat trended and that was one of the main achieve-ments. We incorporated Live Tweeting for this purpose

We focused on the integrated approach and utilized “Cross Platform Strategy” so as to create synergy.

In one such Pizza Treat contest, we incorporated “Live Tweeting”, to make the contest more engaging and be in one of the trending topics. It was a grand success!

TheThe best thing is that we at Enthusionz are very strong in analytics. This helped us to track every campaign as we used different social media tracking tools to its best effect. Some of the well known international platforms for social media tracking and creating viral cam-paigns were also used for this purpose. Many of our campaigns have gone viral and helped us in achieving the social media objectives.

We used basic Facebook ads to engage the customer base and create that extra push for all our campaigns, so that our campaigns reached to maximum number of people.

We continuously leverage social media for new product and store launches, currently focus ing on “Pizza Italiano”.
