ITIL provides a framework for organizations to align their IT processes. IT infrastructure library.
With a set of methodologies/ procedures to align processes, the org. can reduce cost (handling
processes). Increase efficiency (lesser buffer time to handle processes). Meet international MNC
standard (since many orgs. use ITIL). Increase quality of services delivered, refer to a huge
network of ITIL practitioner worldwide to attend to any service management issues (Axelos
community).

PRINCE2
Fastest and smartest way to become a project manager using a set of manual methodologies via
PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments). Similar to ITIL, the methodologies provided
by PRINCE2 is a good set of templates that be used to align projects. This can reduce cost &
resources used, increase efficiency & quality of the project deliverables. It's less theoretical
based (like PMP) and more practical based.

LEAN SIX SIGMA
Certification that focuses on reduction of cost & increasing of process efficiency through quality
management based on the 6 Sigma standard & DMAIC concepts. Increases efficiency by
eliminating waste in the process and improving quality, the entire process becomes more
efficient. Less time spent on unnecessary process steps or in process variation improves
efficiency significantly. Lean Six Sigma proves its place in the market due to its ability to
decrease costs incurred via product defects while considerably increasing the cost of production.
It also helps increase customer satisfaction with better delivery methods and other customer
focused areas as customers are sure to notice the difference and be more likely to be loyal.

Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0)
To help the workforce cope with the changes brought upon by IR4.0 such as Big Data, Data
Analytics, Automation, AI, Machine Learning, etc; we introduced GKK Enabled as a corporate
social responsibility. GKK Enabled runs free workshops on a monthly basis that is open to
anyone interested. Below is a list of courses scheduled till May 2019 from the month of
inception in December 2018:

Recruitment
To provide a complete experience, we absorbed a recruitment firm called Cognetive Solutions
Sdn Bhd (http://www.cognetivesolutions.com.my/). We expanded our services from consulting &
training to recruitment as well allowing us to provide complete service in terms of one’s career
development.
Education
We became a premium partner with Kings College where our services include a recognized
MBA from University of West Scotland (UWS). We managed to package a selection of our core
programs with the MBA providing participants are valuable offer like none other in the market.
We did the same as above and partnered with Veritas Malaysia to provide their MQA accredited
local MBA as well. Hence giving customers a more affordable option compared to the MBA
from UWS where they can pick the MBA that best suits their needs.

Problem, Event) with real life case study scenarios to facilitate knowledge exchange. Core areas
deeply covered include Change , Configuration and Release management.

Experienced Enterprise Architect who was involved in many process improvements in the IT
arena
2. MESINIAGA (PRINCE COURT Hospital)
Delivered ITIL assessment, training and consultation on the processes to manage their service
desk and IT infra outsourcing project with PRINCECOURT hospital
3. AIMS Data Center
ITIL Assessment followed by ISO 20000 consultation . Ensured AIMS Data Center obtained ISO
20000 certification from Bureau Veritas and UKAS.
4. MAMPU Data Center
ITIL Assessment and consulting for service desk and also the tough Availability, Capacity,
Change , Release and Configuration management.
Since MAMPU staff are ITIL Experts it was a challenge and privilege to get this project done
and delivered to meet their requirements.
5. PRIVASIA BHD ( IT arm of WESTPORT)
ITIL Assessment and subsequent ISO Consulting to ensure the client gets certified on ISO
20000. SIRIM evaluated and provided the certification under UKAS.
The above details out in depth workshops conducted in said organizations customized to their
specific requirements.
The GKK team has conducted workshops and ITIL certification training's across foundation,
intermediate to expert level over the years for various other MNC’s including but not limited to
IBM , GETRONICS, ATOS, DELL, DHL, WINCOR, etc.

Digital Transformation
We have analysed, consulted & guided a number of MNCs in their journey toward digital
transformation. Some of the projects include;
1. Sathapana Bank, Cambodia
Implementation of ITIL in the IT Department
2. CIMB
Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Consultation in
revamping entire internet banking strategy.
3. Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd
Consulting and implementation of call center transformation which includes revamping
their entire system & process flows to embrace digital tools.
Digital Marketing
We recognized the importance of Digital Marketing in for entrepreneurs of all niches. Hence, we
secured a government training grant, SEDIC to train Indians from the B40 bracket to train them
in an 8-day intensive Digital Marketing course. We trained over 121 candidates across 9 batches
till date.
Special Projects/ Movement
1. Government Grants
i. GENERATE program (This is a government initiative to certify and place fresh graduates
whom were unemployed for 2 years). We successfully ran up to 5 batches for the grant.
ii. 1MOC (This is a government initiative to certify and place retrenched Malaysian
employees. We successfully certified them in PRINCE2 Foundation and placed a batch of 25
students)
iii. 1MGRIP (1Malaysia Globally Recognised Industry and Professional programme). This
grant is the government’s aim to train and certify Malaysians to achieve the government’s
aim of having 33% skilled workers by 2020. We were among to training providers who
conducted the program for up to 60 candidates in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
2. Charitiy Events
i. We have collaborated with International University of Malaya Wales (IUMW) to run a
charity event for Myanmar refugee kids.
ii. We organized a Day – Out for kids in an orphanage home
iii. Regular donations to charity organizations & families in need (via Give Charity
Foundations)
3. Annual Appreciation Dinner
We use this event to keep in touch and retain over existing clients as well as a means of
gratitude for their constant support for GKK. We have been consistently running this dinner
yearly since its inception in 2017.
4. Career Fairs
Since we are well connected with many big MNCs as a training provider. We are able to
certify and place unemployed graduates. We use these fairs as platforms to raise awareness of
getting certified and provide many options to recruit unemployed individuals to be trained
and placed for competitive packages.
5. Online Learning
GO1 Partnership. We recognized the importance of online based learning and partnered with
a growing e-learning platform to provide our core programs.
6. Ethnic Diversification
We recognized the lack in focus to place Japanese expatriates and ran a marketing campaign
targeting them for certification and placement purposes. Among methods used in the
campaign include an Advertisement in the renowned Japanese inclined magazine called
MTown Weekly.
7. Consolidated Alumni Network – Platform of Working Professionals
We consolidated every one of GKK’s returning candidates into a Whatsapp Group (GKK –
Career Enhancement) to facilitate career related conversations, help address any issues, cultivate
a group with working professionals hailing from various MNCs in Malaysia and overseas, and
where everyone shares vacancies within their organizations making the chat a beneficial one for
everyone in it.
