This Sunday, a team from First Baptist will be headed south to work with a ministry called Street Reach that shares the gospel in impoverished neighborhoods of Memphis, TN. The following week, another team from our church will be headed north to work for three days with church planter, Jim Wright, in Indianapolis, IN. May we always be a church that not only

prays for missions and gives to missions but also regularly sends its members out on mission for the Lord!

Speaking of missions, it’s great to have the McIntyre family, IMB missionaries to Malaysia, back with us! They’ll be staying in our Carter House apartment as they get their son, Sam, settled into college at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Thank you for helping purchase food and provide gifts cards so that the apartment could be stocked with everything the McIntyre’s needed. In His Service, Bro. Bob

Next week begins our FBC Kids Music Camp. We are looking forward to a great time of praising God and learning about who Jesus really is. The camp times are 9:00-noon daily. You will not want to miss the performance on July 20 at 6:00 pm in the Sanctuary. I am confident you will blessed.

This Sunday you will be able to witness the baptism of 3 of our children who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ. This is an amazing testimony as to how God is moving in our children. God really used the weeks of VBS and CentriKid to show many of our students their need for a Savior. I pray that God will continue to work in the hearts and lives of our little ones.

Will still have two movies days left in our Kids Korner Movie series. On July 22 we will be showing Ramona and Beezus and on July 29 we will be showing National Treasure. Movie time is 10:00 with hot popcorn being served. Blessings, Adam

We will be getting back from Jonathan Creek on Friday, July 11 around 4:30 pm. I will be gone Sunday, July 13 - Saturday, July 19 on the Mission trip to Memphis. There will be Bible study on this Sunday at 6:00 and Afterglow at 7:00 pm will be at Amber Kelly’s house. We will also have Oasis on Wednesday at 6:30 pm. I would like to thank Patrick Rowe for filling in for me while I’m away. For His Name Sake, Zach

Thompson and Mary Pat Young) will share a special song at the 10:50 service! Sunday night Bro. Bob will be
