Brianna Campbell
Baptism
Baptism is the basis of Christian life. It cleanses the child of his or hers original sins and brings salvation. It begins your life as a Christian.
HOLY EUCHARIST
Eucharist is also called communion. When you receive communion, you are accepting the body of Christ through bread and wine.
CONFESSION
Confession is when you go to God for him to forgive your sins. You speak to your priest and confess all that you have done wrong.
Confirmation
• When you are confirmed, the priest lays his hand on you head, strengthening you by the Holy Spirit and you are a confirmed Christian.
Holy Matrimony
• Marriage is when two people publicly make the promise of matrimony to each other and become united in the eyes of God.
Holy Orders
This sacrament means that you will become a part of the churches clergy. You become a leader in the church.
ANOINTING OF THE SICK
• THIS SACRAMENT MEANS THAT YOU BECOME STRENGTHENED BY A PRIEST IN TIME OF SICKNESS. THE PRIEST LAYS HIS HANDS ON YOUR FOREHEAD. HIS HANDS WILL BE COVERED IN BLESSED OIL.
