What makes TSB Bank better?
We’re different to other banks.
TSB Bank has chosen to be New Zealand owned and independent for over 160 years. Not having big, overseas owners gives us the freedom to innovate, and put the needs and interests of our customers first.
We offer a full range of banking services including savings, investment, home loans and everyday account options.
And we’ve got New Zealand covered, with 12 Taranaki branches, 11 national service centres and a New Plymouth based call centre staffed with real people, BankDirect.
With us, you’ll find competitive rates, low (or no) fees, and real people on the end of the phone when you call.
Our customers make us who we are. That’s why we put them first, in everything we do.
And with Roy Morgan naming us ‘Financial Institution of the Year’ in their 2013 Customer Satisfaction Awards, it seems we’re doing something right.
If you’re already a customer of ours, thank you for choosing to bank with us. If you’re not yet with us, why not take this opportunity to find out what makes us TSB Bank better?
